“The mediator didn't actually mediate. Some unfounded assumptions in the figures were accepted. We were no further on after our two sessions than before. No ideas that we hadn't thought of ourselves were tried. It was a waste of time, effort or money.”

“I found the SMS overall service very good. It took a lot of stress out of what was already a stressful situation. Ian our Mediator was very knowledgeable and explained things well. He was always helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone in the same situation.”

“The overal experience for me personally was positive, but it failed to reach a desired outcome - an agreement between me and ex husband. I think the canselor did his best, but he just couldn't handle the bully, and despite his best efforts, we were nowhere near to reaching an agreement.”
