The MediateUK service is excellent. Not only for the results that they achieve, but for the speed & efficiency that they do so. I received excellent service from Anna Stevens, who arranged for a MIAM with mediator Chris Yaffes. Everything was clear and I got exactly the results that I was hoping for. For on £130 I consider that both excellent value for money, as well as much appreciated support that I really did need. My thanks to them both.

I booked in a 15 minute call with Mediate UK for advice and received excellent service & support from Anna Stevens. She answered all of my questions, and even took the time to send me further information via email after the call. I very much appreciate the time and effort spent by Anna educating me, and I intend to use Mediate UK's services due to this. My thanks to Mediate UK in advance.

I have just started the process. The call was so professional and diplomatic. She listened intently and advised where necessary and helped us understand the process. This gave us the reassurance that mediation was the right process for us.

Extremely helpful conversation & follow up email that I could forward that has enabled me to feel I’ve done everything I can to offer an olive branch, whether accepted or not. The free advice was particularly appreciated as it included the need to go to another provider to utilise legal aid, so be taken seriously and advised away from their own service was notably impressive. Mediator was personable, knowledgable and professional. Also the ‘tech’ worked which is not always the case but really important when clients are under a lot of pressure and stress.

I had my 1-1 appointment with Emily who was fantastic. I was a little skeptic about it being over video as my hearing isn’t great and was worried I would miss important information and wasting the appointments saying “pardon” a lot. However, on my first appointment with Emily, I found she spoke slowly and clearly which was a huge relief for me. She was so helpful and understanding and could see she was very passionate about her job to help everybody involved and not be 1 sided in the conflict. We then had our first mediation session with Emily and Chris who were both excellent. They were brilliant with helping to come to agreements and not speaking over each other and not interrupting each other. The virtual wooden spoon effect as I’ve called it. I want to massively thank all of mediate for your help.
