“who lives outside UK I dont recommend this seller. They sent the product to Ireland and did not pay tax for it. I had to pay the tax and it belongs to the supplier to pay it. I tried so many times to contact the company, but zero answer. bought one and I will not buy from them again”

“TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ordered a product 1 week ago and it still hasn't arrived. I contacted customer service and they don't bother to respond. I've lost £27 and learned a valuable lesson, better to buy from a different company!!! AVOID!!!”

“L-Carnitine has very poor shell. In 1/7 of capsules the shell is broken, and the powder covers capsules all around. Not possible to clean them. Very difficult to swallow.”

“After emailing supplemented twice about if they shipped from Europe they did not reply so I went ahead and made an order. I think they have European shops but I could not find them. I got charged €15 extra in VAT and charges from An Post. I Will order elsewhere in the future. Too expensive. Supplemented still have not replied to my emails and I have received the order. Also, the captcha on their website did not work properly and took 20 or more tries on several occasions and supplemented did not reply also.”
