“seal broke instantly”

“Made an order over a week ago and still haven’t received it or been updated on how long it will take. Emailed supplemented and all I got in response was a link to a review. Absolute joke, total scam.”

“I placed an order with expected delivery time of 3-5 days, after a week their order still hasn’t been delivered. Very poor communication from the company. I sent 3 emails enquiring about the order but had no response. My only saving grace was that I paid through PayPal who got me a full refund. Very disappointed!”

“This is my first time shopping on this site, everything looked great. Since the paid shipment (more than a month) never arrived at my address, after my three e-mails, supplemented EU decided to cancel the order and make a refund. That seemed completely fair to me until I saw how they returned only part of the money, 26.99 euros, which is related to the product, and the amount for delivery of 11.00 euros was not paid. I assume that there was an error in assessing the situation because no normal person would charge his client for the delivery of a product that did not reach him. After the wasted time and annoyance on my part, everything looks very unprofessional.”

“Terrible service, they put incomplete address and had all details from Royal Mail to sort issue. Had explain in several emails and in my opinion they could’ve just resent but have decided to wait till RM return item to them and refund me, so I have to wait and no product. 10 days so far , I’m guessing another week or two more to wait .Such a shame with was handled so poorly, I’ve now gone with another brand VITABRIGHT who seem to be more informative anyway and also know how to do customer service and it arrived within 3 days and very happy with results”

“I ordered witamins to my previous adress by mistake. Contacted previous neighbours also checked by myself the premises. any one sow the package. Contacted many times the company, but after my question If they can offer Any help or discount for the next order they ignored me. By the way I typed in correct adress details, just after typing card details website Ask Again for the shipping adress and automaticly system typed in my old adress details. Be careful with the website. Don't count for Any help or understanding.”
