“I ordered high dose vitamin C but received vitamin D and C. Immediately I emailed back. Yet over 1 week later and 5 emails and jumping through hoops to get the company to accept this was their problem not mine, I am still awaiting my re-delivery of the correct supplements. Very poor after sales service to a really good customer of theirs.”

“No Stars as the items are not here. No phone number so sent email to let them know, no response. £37.98 gone to waste. “Garbage company. Said goods had been delivered but never received anything. Sent me a photo of an envelope stuck between two wheelie bins. Never asked them to leave it anywhere, could have been anybody's house. Ignored my emails now and so starting a chargeback. Never buy from these cowboys again”

“Paid for next day delivery and received 3 days later,won't refund next day delivery money with bs excuse and reason. Basically fraudulently acquiring money as next day delivery means next day delivery as long as before cut off time so at worst the following day ,disgraceful company and customer service”

“I have always been really happy with their service. I am really unsatisfied with my experience regarding my last two orders, however. After purchasing a notable amount of items I qualified for free next day delivery. Due to the time of my order however, I expected that I may receive my items after two days. Instead m, I was waiting almost a week before my items arrived and in one of the punches of vitamins there were several empty husk shells. My latest order was cancelled immediately after I placed it. However, my cancellation request has been ignored- despite me emailing the customer service team several days ago. I am extremely disappointed that my last few experiences with Supplemented.com have been less than desirable. It will definitely deter me from continuing to recommend this company or from placing further orders with the business going forward m.”

“I am nearly 68 years old and recently bought Choline from Supplemented. I normally research and identify the best form of whatever supplement I am buying. For some reason, I didn't thoroughly research Choline before placing the order with Supplementd. Apparently the best form of Choline is phosphatidylcholine. I looked to see on the back of the packaging which form of Choline was being provided by Supplemented. Sadly, there is no information at all.”

“Bought Korean ginseng 1300 mg 360 TBS and l lysine 500mg TBS 540 of them. Cost over £40, package came with only 180 TBS of Korean ginseng. Sent photos and everything to show package not damaged,as this is the first thing they asked and they have not got back to me and has been over 24 hrs. No number to call to contact them!!!”
