“You did not deliever on August 31, 2026 as ordered/ I have written you many times and you kept ignoring my request. If you refuse not to sendme, please refund me for 19.78 GBP (Acai Berry 1000mg Capsules, Quantity 2.”

“I have emailed Supplemented on several occasions requesting returns information following an accidental purchase. I have had zero response. As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their item that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the item once they’ve told you. If you're attempting to wait out my rights i will take this further.”

“I orded 1 item as a one off order to try it only and you put me on repeat order. I've emailed you twice to stop sending me every month and nothing changed so I had to cancel my card at a cost of £5 ON TOP OF THE 3 EXTRA ORDERS FROM YOU ,SO IN TOTAL YOU HAVE COST ME ARIUND £35 WAISTED PLUS THE INCONVENIENCE. “My order hasn't been delivered. I have queried this and was advised to contact Royal mail. Upon contacting RM they advised the parcel is lost and to raise a claim with the original company. I have sent numerous emails, reordered the products and still not heard about the refund of the non delivered goods.”

“Supplements fine but order system needs looking at, two occasions I have ordered tablets 180 and the next month they sent another 180 that's 360 equates to a year supply and found it difficult to cancel. I wrote and ask for help and the answer wasn't satisfactory so I cancelled my card so they couldn't issue any more. HOpeless system. Any tablet with 180 in shouldn't be sent every month.”
