“I have been using supplemented now for many years and have always been happy with my orders, but just recentley I ordered Ginko Biloba that todate I have not received , but insted recieved a packet off Zink Magnesium Asparate and a packet ofAsswagandha that I do not want and I have been charged for, I sent note to cancel them, but to no avail.”

“I got an email telling me an order was on the way that I didnt know was a subscription, the email said to contact them if any issues, there was no way to find subscription information in the online portal to cancel it, there was no "amend/cancel" this order in the email, so I contacted the company telling them to cancel the order as i was out of the country, they didnt cancel and refund. I was mailed again that the order was on its way, I contacted again telling them not to send it as i was out of the country, they didnt respond (despite their claims to answer within 24 hours). The mail carrier left it on the porch, not in a safe space or with a neighbour. Luckily it was spotted abd taken in by a neighbour who knew I was away. Subscription information should be clearly visible in the account portal. Orders should be able to be cancelled or amended in the account portal. I have had to ask to have the subscription cancelled so no future orders are just sent.”

“Extremely disappointed. The checkout flow is clearly designed to mislead customers into adding extra products unintentionally. Being told this was my mistake instead of acknowledging how purposely confusing the prompt is was unacceptable. No goodwill, no support — just blame. Poor experience.”

“I have emailed Supplemented on several occasions requesting returns information following an accidental purchase. I have had zero response. As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their item that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the item once they’ve told you. If you're attempting to wait out my rights i will take this further.”

“I orded 1 item as a one off order to try it only and you put me on repeat order. I've emailed you twice to stop sending me every month and nothing changed so I had to cancel my card at a cost of £5 ON TOP OF THE 3 EXTRA ORDERS FROM YOU ,SO IN TOTAL YOU HAVE COST ME ARIUND £35 WAISTED PLUS THE INCONVENIENCE. “My order hasn't been delivered. I have queried this and was advised to contact Royal mail. Upon contacting RM they advised the parcel is lost and to raise a claim with the original company. I have sent numerous emails, reordered the products and still not heard about the refund of the non delivered goods.”
