“Unfortunately your company didn’t ship the magnesium I paid for, therefore I bought it from vitabiotics .”

“I have not noticed any effect from these tablets. However they have lost the colour so it’s a coating g on the outside of the tablet. It’s made me question the authenticity of the product. Surely the colour should be uniform and not just have a red outer coating.”

“I placed an order and it did not arrive, after reaching out to seller they asked if it's wanted a refund or the item re sending. I asked twice for it to be re sent and they just refunded me. Bad customer service and this is the second time my item didn't arrive with this seller”

“These people used to be one of my essential suppliers for many years. Quality products, good prices and great service. This all changed recently I'm sad to say. I placed an order and after near on a few weeks nothing arrived. I looked at my order status and it said in progress or whatever the equivalent term is. Still some days later nothing arrived. I emailed them and was assured it'll come soon and to contact them if not. Well more days/weeks passed and still no sign of my items. I emailed them again. A few days passed and no reply. I tried again and still no answer. In the end I made a more assertive email and posted on Facebook. I still heard nothing. Eventually a full refund came my way but there was no email back, reply on Facebook or apology of any kind. I'm sad to say I'll never use them again, let alone recommend them. I hope they change and get back on form.”

“Don’t think it’s the companies fault, but paid extra for the speedy delivery (2-3days) then spent the next four weeks chasing delivery and refund! Received refund in the end, but disappointed. Never received the product or apology to review!”

“I ordered high dose vitamin C but received vitamin D and C. Immediately I emailed back. Yet over 1 week later and 5 emails and jumping through hoops to get the company to accept this was their problem not mine, I am still awaiting my re-delivery of the correct supplements. Very poor after sales service to a really good customer of theirs.”

“Garbage company. Said goods had been delivered but never received anything. Sent me a photo of an envelope stuck between two wheelie bins. Never asked them to leave it anywhere, could have been anybody's house. Ignored my emails now and so starting a chargeback. Never buy from these cowboys again”

“Paid for next day delivery and received 3 days later,won't refund next day delivery money with bs excuse and reason. Basically fraudulently acquiring money as next day delivery means next day delivery as long as before cut off time so at worst the following day ,disgraceful company and customer service”

“I have always been really happy with their service. I am really unsatisfied with my experience regarding my last two orders, however. After purchasing a notable amount of items I qualified for free next day delivery. Due to the time of my order however, I expected that I may receive my items after two days. Instead m, I was waiting almost a week before my items arrived and in one of the punches of vitamins there were several empty husk shells. My latest order was cancelled immediately after I placed it. However, my cancellation request has been ignored- despite me emailing the customer service team several days ago. I am extremely disappointed that my last few experiences with Supplemented.com have been less than desirable. It will definitely deter me from continuing to recommend this company or from placing further orders with the business going forward m.”
