“I have ordered from you twice, first time through EBay—no problem was very pleased with my order!! Next time I ordered directly with you. Ordered the same Lutein x360. I was sent L -Tyrosine. I have sent an email and did get a reply from a gentleman who said he would get it rectified! I have also contacted you through the correct channels and as yet have heard nothing. So you can imagine how unhappy I am about this. I am in my eighties and desperately need the Lutein that I have ordered and paid for . Yours Sincerely Isobel Coleman”

“Don’t really like leaving bad reviews but kind of had to…Ordered 3 packs of Berberine but only one arrived. Three emails to customer service went unanswered. It’s a shame because product quality seems good. Mistake with the order is fine too, however non existent customer service and no desire to set things right is a huge let down.”

“who lives outside UK I dont recommend this seller. They sent the product to Ireland and did not pay tax for it. I had to pay the tax and it belongs to the supplier to pay it. I tried so many times to contact the company, but zero answer. bought one and I will not buy from them again”

“L-Carnitine has very poor shell. In 1/7 of capsules the shell is broken, and the powder covers capsules all around. Not possible to clean them. Very difficult to swallow.”
