WARNING - no option to cancel an individual order. Oh dear. I have just noticed this invitation to provide a review, because apparently “my opinion matters”. As a repeat customer, I have ordered successfully many times, without issue, as far as I remember. However, a few weeks ago I made an order because I believed I urgently needed to restock a particular item. Just a few minutes later, I found some packets I had previously ordered, and realised I did not need the item after all, as I had plenty of stocks. So I immediately went to the website to attempt to cancel the order. However, after much searching, I could not find any option to cancel the order. There was also no phone number to call, to cancel the order. Therefore, I replied to the confirmation email, to cancel the order. As it was normal office hours I had hoped this might be sufficient. However, I then subsequently received follow-up emails from supplemented, and from their fulfilment partner. Each time I replied, stating I had cancelled the order. I had no replies to any of these emails, and the order progressed, as if I had made no cancellation whatsoever. I had to keep deferring delivery, via the delivery tracking option, in order to prevent delivery. Eventually, a subsequent email of mine was replied to, but rather than addressing the issue at hand, I simply received a load of irrelevant information and links about repeat subscription orders. There was then a drawn out series of emails over the following few weeks until eventually the order was refunded, but minus the delivery charge. Given the extremely poor customer service up to this point, including the original lack of a cancellation option or a phone number to call, I would have thought it would be the least they could do to include a refund of the delivery charge, as I had requested. A genuine decent customer service team would have realised my experience was completely unsatisfactory, and would have included a voucher as well, as an apology for my experience. I note that this review should apparently attract a small 10% discount voucher, so we will see if this materialises. Yours in frustration and hope.

I'd like to give a better score as I've ordered from this site before with no issues but this time I've ordered something that says delivered but I haven't received it. I emailed the email address given and got a short and unhelpful response 3 days later stating the item had been delivered... why would I contact you if I had the item? I've asked for a replacement or refund (whichever is easier) and I'm still waiting for a reply. This experience has put me off ordering with supplemented in the future.

2nd time of asking for delivery via Royal Mail and once again delivered via courier! Courier failed to deliver when they promised to but did leave our parcel in our doorway the following day. Other than this, products are first class, it’s just the service is poor.

Been ordering from this website for a year with no issues, however my last order never came due to the changing of my address. Once I notified the help centre, they were reluctant to help me and rectify the issue.

The delivery was fast and easy. However, I wrote a product review on the astaxanthin supplements, saying that they have a foul and fishy taste and smell. However this review was never published. So not very transparent.

Had regularly ordered calcium and vit d for several years. Then suddenly the product started containing animal products (gelatin) So as a vegan I cannot use the product.

I bought a packaged set of products and unfortunately didn't read the small print. One of the products contained bovine products. I would not have bought this, and feel animal products should be clearly marked.

Whilst in general I am very happy with Supplemented I did point out to them that the 350mg Bromelain capsules 1200 GDU actually have a GDU of 86.8 according to the analysis certificate. This problem has not been corrected on the web site so I am still unsure as to the correct formulation.

I ordered 5 days ago but still haven't received the order. I ordered other supplement from another company recently which delivers within two days. Long delivery time will push your customer to go elsewhere.

I have ordered my product, yet have received no updates upon when it will arrive or when it will even be shipped out. Very frustrating and disappointing for a first time customer who is unlikely to return.

Vitamin E capsules state "gelatin" but for those who want a vegan capsule it is only once you receive the product do you find the ingredient is Beef gelatin

Will not use this company again. No problem with products or quality. Using Royal Mail as a carrier is unacceptable. They regularly lose my parcels. The alternative delivery carrier charge is too high. Given the choice between free Royal Mail delivery and £5.00 delivery by DHL, DHL is the obvious choice. However, this means that the overall cost of an order from Supplemented is more expensive than other suppliers who use carriers who might actually deliver the goods I order.
