“It gave me severe headache so had to discontinue.”

“The delivery was fast and easy. However, I wrote a product review on the astaxanthin supplements, saying that they have a foul and fishy taste and smell. However this review was never published. So not very transparent.”

“I bought a packaged set of products and unfortunately didn't read the small print. One of the products contained bovine products. I would not have bought this, and feel animal products should be clearly marked.”

“Whilst in general I am very happy with Supplemented I did point out to them that the 350mg Bromelain capsules 1200 GDU actually have a GDU of 86.8 according to the analysis certificate. This problem has not been corrected on the web site so I am still unsure as to the correct formulation.”

“Will not use this company again. No problem with products or quality. Using Royal Mail as a carrier is unacceptable. They regularly lose my parcels. The alternative delivery carrier charge is too high. Given the choice between free Royal Mail delivery and £5.00 delivery by DHL, DHL is the obvious choice. However, this means that the overall cost of an order from Supplemented is more expensive than other suppliers who use carriers who might actually deliver the goods I order.”
