This is my first time shopping on this site, everything looked great. Since the paid shipment (more than a month) never arrived at my address, after my three e-mails, supplemented EU decided to cancel the order and make a refund. That seemed completely fair to me until I saw how they returned only part of the money, 26.99 euros, which is related to the product, and the amount for delivery of 11.00 euros was not paid. I assume that there was an error in assessing the situation because no normal person would charge his client for the delivery of a product that did not reach him. After the wasted time and annoyance on my part, everything looks very unprofessional.
