“Suntransfers was not in the arrivals when we landed and they said they would try to pick-up our party of 6 but it would be difficult with such a large party. We were refused a refund.”

“Booked a transfer from Naples airport to Praiano with an english speaking driver. Our drive there was great, our driver even stopped to let us take pictures at scenic points and took some photos of the two of us. On the way back our driver did not speak english, we had to turn on the data on our phones to use google translate, the AC in the car also did not work.”

“Je ne recommande absolument pas cette compagnie, on a réservé deux semaines avant notre arrivée et le jour j arrive, et personne n'est là ! Cetait tard la nuit avec un enfant bas âge ! On a du prendre le risque de partir avec un clandestin et payer 100 euros de plus et encore perdre de la route. On a vecu une experience très désagréable ! Cet act inadmissible et irresponsable de la part de cette sois disons société pourrait engendrer des conséquences graves ! Et cerise sur le gâteau quand jai remonté ma réclamation la réponse cetait quelle sera traité dans 30 jours. Honnêtement, ca sent l'arnaque ! Bref je ne vous recommande pas!”

“PESSIMI!!! zero stelle è quello che meritano! Prenotazione andata da Orly e ritorno per Orly.Cancellata la prenotazione dell'andata pochi giorni prima, confermato il ritorno, annullata prenotazione del ritorno il giorno o prima della partenza per poi riconfermare il ritorno pochi minuti dopo. Mi inviano il messaggio di conferma con voucher allegato il giorno prima della partenza da Parigi e la mattina della partenza non si presenta nessuno. Ci hanno lasciati a piedi con due bambini e le valigie con il rischio di perdere il volo!! Prima cosa al mio arrivo sarà fargli causa! Ho sbagliato a non prenotare anche il rientro con l'azienda dell'andata molto più affidabile!! Pessimi e dire poco”

“A FUIR ! Sans réponse à mes réclamation depuis plus d'un mois, sun transfert à annulé deux fois mes prise en charge et ne veux pas me rembourser le taxi que j'ai dû prendre ni le trajet qu'ils ont annulés à la dernière minute à chaque fois. Ce n'est pas la première fois que j'ai une mauvaise expérience avec eux. Je le déconseille.”

“My family used Suntransfers on 14 July from Mexico City airport to our hotel in Mexico City and return on 17 Aug. we found them to be reliable, professional and on-time. Their vans were clean and in very good condition. I highly recommend Suntransfers.”

“Totally unreliable. Booked 2 transfers and both didn’t show up. Terrible customer service. Was told lies until they admitted no car coming on both occasions DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLY UNRELIABLE AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DEAL WITH”

“Booking and money taken, no car turned up on the day to take us to the airport. Contacted the company no one returned the call. Had to call again, to be told order a taxi elsewhere that no car was coming. This resulted in panic and stress as we were afraid we would miss our flight. We have tried contacting the company numerous times to be told the usual yarn, they need to do an investigation. I can see from all the other reviews this is what they say to delay refunding our money. I work damn hard for my money and I will not be swindled by SUNTRANSFERS When I ring they disconnect but that’s ok I’ll keep ringing and reviewing. I hope anyone reading this chooses another company. What happened to us wasn’t a once off. Read the reviews, chances of a car turning up are 50/50 I personally will not use them again.”

“ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Horrible experience. Arrived to Mexico City in the middle of night to no transfer there to greet me. (Great news for solo female traveller in CDMX). After checking the two arrival gates with heavy suitcase I called the UK help centre (another unnecessary expense) who tried calling my driver. I was then told after 20 mins they were unable to reach me driver and I should find an alternative route to my hotel. I held off writing this review but it has now been almost a month and no member of the team have followed up with me for my refund, apology and additional compensation for stress and last minute transport costs.”

“An absolute disgrace. No response to numerous e-mails when we were on holiday, didnt show up to collect us in spite of the service being paid for in advance. Left 3 children, one with special needs in absolute terror at the prospect of missing out flight home. I had to pay for an expensive last minute transfer though another carrier less than 2 hours away from our flight and just about made it onto the plane. Also on the advice of Sun Transfers I have sent a receipt for them to reimburse me. Hasn't happened. Still no reply to e-mails in spite of numerous attempts. I have made an appointment to take legal action against this company. Something they could have avoided, and still can, if they responded and re-funded me like they said they would. This resulted in a very stressful situation especially for my daughter. This is really unforgivable.”

“We booked a cab transfer to the hotel shortly before our departure from DUS to XRY. Unfortunately, our flight was about 2 h late. At the airport XRY was no driver on site, despite waiting and asking everywhere. We finally organized another transport. After writing to info@suntransfer.com with our complaint with recovery of the already paid transfer no answer. Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN SUNTRANFERS. In our eyes rip-off artists and scammers. Warning to all potential customers! Who reads the reviews finds out that the overall rating 4.7 is fake.”
