“Excellent service. driver waiting even though the flight was early. Spoke very good English,was knowledgeable about the area, and advised us of trips to take etc. The cost was also extremely reasonable too.”

“The whole process was seamless. I booked a return private transfer from Lanzarote airport to Playa Blanca on 6th and 13th of January 2016. The driver was waiting for us at the airport, she was ultra courteous and very helpful and pleasant. On the return JOURNEY MY DAUGHTER WASNT FEELING VERY WELL SO THE DRIVER DROVE VERY DELICATELY. I will definitely recommend to friends, clients and family. I travel overseas a lot on business so will definitely be rebooking soon. Well done to driver and company”

“If I could give Suntransfers no stars I would. We arrived at Dubrovnik airport on the last flight November 9, 2015. Our flight was on time, we had no checked luggage so we exited immediately to where drivers were standing holding names for pick up. We checked all the signs and none had our name on it. So we stood and waited for our driver from Suntransfers (who we paid for in advance) to arrive. After several minutes I dug though my carryon to pull out the paperwork on our pick up. I attempted to call the number, but had no cell service, so I attempted to log on to any Wi-Fi the airport might have - again to no avail. We watched everyone leave, the buses pull out and as they were turning the lights out at the terminal to close for the evening we were in a panic. We ran out to the parking lot and grabbed the last person there which happened to be a cab who offered to drive us to our hotel for 50 euros. What were we to do....we were stranded in the middle of nowhere, he could have asked for 1000 euros. As soon as I arrived to the hotel and got internet service, I contacted Suntransfers to notify them of the problem and cancel our return trip to the airport as I had no faith they would show up. I requested a full refund of my money since no service was provided. Suntransfers sent an e-mail that they would cancel the return and "look into" the missed pick up. After two weeks I received an e-mail from Suntransfers that they would not refund the money, not because they never showed up but because I did not call from the airport....which was closing and I had no cell service. I have taken the issue up with my credit card company....buyer beware!”

“Excellent service - our pick up from hotel to airport was booked for 9 am. Driver arrived 25 minutes early on purpose to make sure he was there for 9 am, as it happens we were ready and waiting but he said that he was prepared to have waited till 9.10 am.”
