“We booked a premium minivan for a return trip from Palma airport to Alcudia, Mallorca. Both drivers were courteous and right on time, so there were no anxious moments waiting around for the return to the airport. The vehicles were modern and spotless and very comfortable. Would definitely book again.”

“The service we received from Suntransfers was excellent particularly the driver from the airport to our holiday apartment. We were provided with interesting facts about the country and the location with recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and details of the layout of the town/apartment complex. A most helpful driver who really took the time to make us feel welcome in his country. We couldn't have asked for a better start to our holiday .”

“We waited at our hotel for our transfer to arrive and phoned them within 5 minutes of our allotted time after the car did not arrive (as per their instructions) - at our cost as clearly making a call overseas on your mobile is expensive. They had no immediate record and so had to go away and find out what had happened to our pick up. They phoned us back 15 minutes later (so now over 20 minutes past our collection time) to tell us that they had made an error and there was no car available to pick us up to take us to the airport (again, receiving calls on my mobile, a cost to me). So what were we supposed to do!!!? They told us we would have to arrange our own way to the airport and they would pay for the cost of this journey. What was the point in making a booking with them if we then just had to make our own way to the airport anyway. We just made our flight and at the time of flying I had paid for two trips. Suntransfers took 2 weeks to investigate, "misplaced" the copy of the invoice I sent them (not easy getting a receipt from some random taxi you've had to arrange yourself at last minute) and then gave us a refund for the taxi we had to arrange ourselves and no other compensation except offering us a discount if we used them again in the next 12 months. I won't be using them ever again and am insulted that they didn't offer to refund the cost of the transfer we booked with them given they never fulfilled this part of their contract with us. I have read lots of positive reviews about this company, but would caution you about using them as if they fail to fulfil their end of the agreement, they don't really appear to care at all. The chap on the phone on the day said sorry, but nobody since has and the experience of trying to resolve this has been awful.”

“Absolutely excellent service, collected at Malaga airport on time driver very polite and helpful, car very clean Car for return journey to airport arrived at holiday apartment 10 minutes before requested time, driver was again very helpful and polite. Service was brilliant. Highly recommended and would use again.. TEN STARS”

“In my experience Suntranfers are a very well organised, managed and professional organisation. Booking was easy and we needed to make a last minute change to our destination which was done via a very helpful, multi-lingual and efficient individual which was confirmed in writing within an hour of the changes being requested. Payment up front meant we didn't need to worry about having to pay at the other end. Your booking confirms how you will be met at the airport and gives a 24 hour number to call if any problems, the driver met every expectation we had at the airport, waiting in the right place, with a plaque with our family name on it. He loaded us up, gave us an idea of how long the journey would take and talked about the local area en route. Coming home the taxi was 15mins late however the driver had been waiting in a slightly different location to the front of our apartment and had actually been there 15 minutes early. One call to the 24 hour line and the taxi came within seconds. (This should not be seen as a negative as our apartment was very difficult to find). Overall I would recommend this company as reliable, efficient and great value for money based on our first and only experience to date (would definitely use again!).”

“I can thoroughly recommend Suntransfers. We used them for our transfer to and from our villa in Crete, a distance of over 60 miles. The vehicle was spotless, the driver was helpful and friendly and everything ran extremely smoothly which made a great start to our holiday. The booking process was easy, and we felt the cost was very reasonable, particularly as it was in high season. We would definitely use Suntransfers next time.”
