“Driver was waiting in Arrivals Hall as advised by Sun Transfers (complete with our Name Board) for our 10.30pm arrival. Less tan 5 minute walk to his parked vehicle which was as expected (Luxury Van ) and noted that baby seats were in luggage area if required. Driver was waiting for our party at our Apartment for our early morning return (07.30hrs) to the Airport. Received email confirming our amended airport pick up time and text messages 24hrs before each pick up. Excellent Service, would use Sun Tranfers again and recommend to family etc.”

“Our driver, Roberto, was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived (Comiso in Sicily on 2nd May ) and took us to Ragusa Ibla as arranged. But it was when we got there that he showed his amazing devotion to customer service. It was 10.30 at night and we were unable to make contact with the owner of the apartment we had rented. He rang them, left messages, went to the property and tried his best, all with no success. He then contacted a local B&B and persuaded them that, despite the late time, they should take us in, which they did. Not only this, but the next morning we found that he had made contact with the apartment owner (from the previous evening's unsuccessful calls) and told him where we were staying so that he could contact us. An absolutely amazing service. We are so grateful to him. Thank you :)”

“The taxi drivers both from the airport and to the airport were really polite. The lady that took us back to the airport for our return flight was excellent. Despite having telephoned Sun Transfers the day before, to inform them the road where our Hotel was located would be closed on our pick up day (due to a festival) the message had failed to get to the driver, so the taxi was very slightly delayed and the driver was really apologetic, but it really wasn't her fault, as we had informed Sun Transfers the day before and asked if we could walk somewhere to meet the driver due to the road being closed. When she arrived, she had walked quite a way to our hotel and insisted on pulling our cases to the taxi, despite it being no fault of hers at all. Excellent service, but a little more communication between the call centre and the driver would have made it a faultless process.”
