“our luggage were delayed by more than 1 hour. Driver was very good waited until we came out. Took us to the hotel and bought us water on the way. Great. Highly recommend.”

“I used Suntranfers from Faro Airport to my hotel in Portugal late July 2015. About an hours journey to and from my destination. The Suntranfers site was simple to use when booking in the UK and the service excellent. Great driver and clean car. Same taxi driver both ways who spoke english and was very pleasant. I would recommend and use again.”

“Cancelled our booking at Skopje Airport 24 hours before we travelled. No offer of an alternative. Very poor.”

“We have just returned from a 10 day stay in Lanzorate and used Suntranfers to take us to our villa when we arrived, and also for our transfer back to the airport. The service was excellent, very friendly, Courteous staff. We will certainly use the service again.. M & H Callan”

“drivers on both occasions helpful and polite. Would have liked a sign on the pick up taxi to say it was from sun transfers, just lucky we saw him looking around near our villa. Appreciated both pick ups came early for us. Would use again on next visit to Fuerteventura.”

“Really pleased with transfer on arrival at palma our driver was waiting for us and couldn't have been more helpful, takes out all the hassle of coach drop offs as we were straight from airport to hotel,excellent reliable company would definitely recommend .”

“The service was excellent, and the driver very friendly and informative, it was as if we had our own tour guide. The taxi was running late due to traffic on the return trip to the airport, but we were informed by the taxi firm approx. 20 minutes in advance that he was going to be late, so there was no worrying that the taxi wasn't going to turn up.”

“Very pleased with service.Our plane was 90 mins late and I feared we would have to phone for a driver but he was waiting there in arrivals. On the hotel pick up the driver actually arrived 30 mlns before schedule which is always welcome when you are waiting to go home.”

“Booked premium taxi arrival into Barcelona booked for 10.10am - no show called helpline several times was told to get my own taxi and claim back refused to do this eventually after lots more calls at 11.45 somebody collected me in a minibus hardly a premium vehicle very disappointing”

“Booked Suntransfers 5 days before holiday . Booking process was easy to follow on line and was backed up by email and text to confirm the booking. Arrived at Palma Airport on time then had to find our way to the baggage reclaim. Of course our bags were on belt 19 which meant an even longer walk to get there. After bags arrived we left by the nearest exit door and were met immediately by our driver holding my name up. 20 minutes later we were checking into our hotel in Palmanova. During the check in I discover my small shoulder bag was missing. Contents were two lightweight jackets, reading glasses, duty free perfume, earphones and ipad mini. Phoned the Helpline number a few times and was answered after the fourth attempt. Explained my predicament to a very pleasent Spanish girl. After a little confusion she understands what I am going on about. Calls me back within ten minutes to tell me she is checking with the local taxi co to find out what taxi I was in. Says she will call me back ! 15 minutes later another call from her to tell me the bag has been found in the taxi. Driver will drop it off later that day. Leaves word with the hotel reception and 3 hours later they call me and tell me the bag is at reception. I had left 20 euro with the reception for the driver. If I had just jumped in a taxi at the airport I dont think I would ever have seen the bag again. Return journey was uneventful. People carrier arrived 10 minutes early at hotel and dropped us right at the Jet2 check in desk at the airport. Suntransfers I would highly recomend and will definitely use again. P.S 70 euro round trip which is the same price if you just turn up.”

“Excellent service, easy booking. Driver was waiting for us at airport and was so helpful loading luggage and mums mobility walker into boot. On return journey driver arrived 5 mins early and assisted with loading luggage. Very helpful and friendly with lovely clean, roomy clean cars. Will definitely be using again for all future transfers.”

“used this company for the first time when taking a trip from Naples Airport to Ravello (Amalfi coast) - 1.5hr drive. Despite being the first time to use this company and having had no recommendations I was pleasantly surprised as who easy the whol b ookign process was (even better that I was able to pay in advance) - driver and car were great - turned up on time, courteous and clean. Would use them again.”
