“We have used sun transfers many times and we have always found them excellent, however this time we found the service below usual standard. The booking and price were very good. The pick up from Faro airport was late! The pick up from Villa was early and the driver very unhelpful and on his phone the entire time. The vehicles were not of the expected standard (they were old and tired)and there was no help with luggage to Villa door as with previous drivers. The drivers and vehicals previously have been great and It felt a below par service which is such a shame.I think they have been using drivers from a taxi firm or something rather than their own vehicles”

“Whilst collection and return were efficient my issue is with cost and justification of it. On both journey we were actually picked by taxi not suntransfer mini bus. On both journeys taxi driver had meter running cost of journey both ways was €14 with tip maxi of €20 so cost €40 on total for transfers . I was charged €178.98 and would love to know why I paid €130 extra for trip that was only €40 max. Surely phone call to organise taxi and 2 emails I received does not equate to such an overcharge .. please explain !! My advise to anyone travelling from Fuerteventura airport to Caleta de Fuste just get taxi don’t book transfers certainly not with this company . It is less than 15/20 minutes as a first time visitor to Fuerteventura I did not realise . Would love explanation for such a charge … big RIP off holidays expensive enough without such blatant overcharging … robbery!!”

“We used Suntransfers for our hotel in Madeira island-to-airport transfer and were extremely satisfied. Our driver, Pedro Gomes, was punctual, polite, and very professional. Not only did he assist us with our luggage, but he also shared interesting facts about Madeira, gave us useful tips about the airport, and suggested beautiful places to visit on a future trip. The journey was comfortable and enjoyable – we highly recommend this service! By Evgeni and Iva :) Really happy passengers :)))”

“I booked for my granddaughter to be picked up at 18.00 at Agious Georgious Corfu. Her flight to Manchester was 23.30. This would give her plenty of time to get to the airport. Her time was changed for pick up to 14.00 at the last minute. No reason was given. 4 other passengers in van were on an earlier flight. I can assume my granddaughter was taken to the airport so early to accommodate them. This left her in the airport for 8 hrs. Half a day's holiday in fact. What an irresponsible thing to do to a young solo female traveler. The least this company can do is refund the cost of the transfer. Beware before you use. Individual needs and safety are not a priority with this company.”

“***WARNING*** THINK TWICE BEFORE USING SUN TRANSFERS We booked a transfer for 8 passengers and 8 suitcases - Sun transfers sent a mini-van that could only seat 7 passengers with a boot that could only fit 6 suitcases. The driver expected 8 of us to squeeze in (literally sitting on top of each other!!) with 2 suitcases on our knees for a 2 hour transfer (Kalkan to Dalaman Airport). In the end, 2 passengers in our party (along with 2 suitcases) took a taxi to the airport at an additional cost of £125 - Sun Transfers have offered £21 reimbursement, leaving me over £100 out of pocket. Shocking company - AVOID!!”

“Absolute shambles. We arrived at the airport after 9 hour flight very hot waited 45 minutes for our transfer. This is not what we were told would happen Coming home despite having our return flight details for 3 months the taxi was 45 minutes late! We were very late at the airport and only just made our flight. NO EXCUSE communication was abysmal asked to send the voucher again and show a video that driver had not arrived at the hotel. Conflicting times will never use again atrocious service from Punta Cana Dominican Republic Avoid if I were you”

“I will RAVE about this transport company - we have been to Seville and used company twice for airport pick up and return. The drivers and help desk were charming, helpful, informative and on time which made travel stress-free. Helpdesk did everything they could to support us; responding quickly when I had an unexpected issue and returning calls so it was all resolved without any fuss. I was travelling with an anxious teen and they were so thoughtful liaising with hotel, us and drivers. Cars spotless. Booking simple WhatsApp messaging easy. Extra help was sorted and driver actually came to door even though our hotel was in a pedestrian zone only because of roadwork. Price was vfm and cheaper than hotel taxi. Will definitely use again - highly recommended. Thanks”

“SUNTRANSFERS from Lanzarote Airport to Puerto del Carmen. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE DONT USE THEM EITHER!! ALSO I ORDERED A CAR BUT A FILTHY MINIBUS AND MANKY DRIVER TURNED UP LATE!! HIS DRIVING WAS DANGEROUS, FELL OFF MY SEAT 3 TIMES BECAUSE HE WAS GOING SO FAST!! MY SUITCASE HIT ME A FEW TIMES!!! HE NEARLY KILLED 4 PEOPLE ON SCOOTERS BECAUSE HE WAS SUCH A BAD DRIVER!! HIS MANNER WAS AWFUL AND IT TOOK HIM 6 TIMES ROUND THE STREETS TO FIND OUR APARTMENT!! RETURN JOURNEY WAS A BETTER DRIVER, BUT I STILL ORDERED A CAR AND GOT A MINIBUS!! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND TRYINV TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHAT A JOKE!!!”

“DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY Terrible service Unsafe Unprofessional We booked a taxi with a car seat to get to the airport and it did not show up. We had to call and chase it and they kept telling us the driver was stuck in traffic however it was Sunday morning and the roads were empty. We waited 30 minutes on the side of the road with our bags and baby. When the driver arrived he had no baby seat even though we had booked one. We asked if we could get a car with a baby seat and he said there were not any. He encouraged us to hold our baby on our lap and he would drive slow. The manager said he would take a back road and not the highway. We agreed because there was no other way. He then proceeded to take the highway and was speeding, passing cars etc. I would never use them and warm others, especially parents to please avoid them at all costs.”
