“I have used Suntranfwrs several times and they have never let me down. Drivers have have always been on time, polite and helped with luggage. The cars have been excellent and the drivers safe. Highly recommended. I would never use anyone else.”

“No one showed up to pick us up...we were stood five minutes early waiting and was there for 25 minutes we didn't have anything but our booking voucher so we couldn't contact anyone so ended up getting a taxi...when we tried to get sun transfer to take responsibility for their driver not showing g up they just out right lied and said he was there looking for us...if you have ever been to the Columbus hotel it would take a blind man not to see two desperate people standing outside looking all over for their ride...I thought this was a decent company but the "we don't care" response we got from them was really out of order...so be cautious if it goes ok they give a good service but if it doesn't they could care less about you.. I would never use them again no matter what ....”
