“Gick ej att boka om upphämtning då planet var kraftigt försenat utan var tvungen att boka av samt boka en helt ny transfer. det stod ingen bil på flygplatsen vi landade i Cancun mitt i natten. Trots att vi hade bekräftelse och betalt. Fick ringa en kundtjänst som skickade en ny bil. om då var på plats 50 minuter efter bokad tid. Vi krav på kompensation erbjuds jag 10 % rabatt på nästa resa! Att det går fel är en sak men att man som företag ej förstår vad service och kundvård är riktigt illa!!! Undvik detta bolag!!!!”

“Fab transport service; always on time. So good, we booked for day trip ( Estoril to Fatima ) Our driver Antonio was fantastic; so helpful. We were able to take all the time we wanted at Fatima and still had time to visit 2 UNESCO World Heritage Sites and Obidos on our way back. Super day and will definitely be using them again.”

“I had booked a car but an old minibus arrived , when I got in the music was on at full blast I had to ask the driver to turn the volume down this was at 4am . The driver then started drive like somebody on a formula one track , at one point on one of the roundabouts the back wheel hit the kerb , I then yelled at him to slow down & treatened him with the police when I arrived at Malta airport ,he slowed down . He then decided rather than drop me off at the terminal building to stop at the nearby bus stop across the road , rather than enable me to be able to call a police man , keep away from Suntransfers if these are the type of drivers they hire .”

“Despite our flight arriving an hour late and our then having to wait a further 45 mins for our bags, the driver was still waiting with his sign when we finally came into the arrivals hall. For both legs of the journey the drivers were punctual, courteous, the buses clean and modern, and it was an extremely easy process. Before we arrived the team contacted me to ensure they had the exact location so they could ensure we went straight to the destination.
