“Customer service terrible, didnt feel valued at all. Called them to chat with them and the take it or leave attitude was terrible. the website has uk tele number but pay in euro's, no warning that your bank may charge you a fee if paying in euros. would never use them again”

“Having read all reviews about sun transfers, I booked them for return from dubrovnik airport to Lapad area ,no problem on arrival .on departure no transfer arrived and I had to pay again to get to airport ,i tried to ring them no answer at all ,there was no number for Croatia so rang UK with no reply ,I paid again to get to airport and returned home ,rang and e mailed them with no satisfaction ,just telling me they'd be in touch ,to me stay away total waste of money and time , customer service pathetic ,don't bother ,”

“Second time I have used this firm, once in Spain and once in Italy. Excellent service, reliable, clean vehicles and very good value. I will continue to use Suntransfers on my next trip accordingly. “The service and information provided by Sun transfers was very good compared to previous organisations I have used. The booking system is efficient and simple to understand and detailed documentation arrives by e. mail very promptly after booking. Taxis arrived on time and in the case of the return journey, 10 minutes or so early, which was very reassuring. The cars were clean and in good condition and the drivers generally pleasant. If I have one slight negative issue it would be with one driver who repeatedly spoke on his mobile phone thus taking his hands off the wheel and drove rather too fast and casually at times . However the 2 drivers we had the previous time we used this company were exemplary.”

“Absolutely excellent!! Website was so easy to use and we printed all the papers off to bring with us on our holiday. The papers clearly had everything on them we needed to know. I even got a text message the night before to confirm the transfer. The driver was really helpful and very polite. He wouldnt let us lift a finger with the bags/cases. There was even booster seats in the car even though we hadnt requested them (9yrs,7yrs,6yrs). The transfers worked out loads cheaper than the shuttle service our holiday provider had. Win win situation. I would definately recommend sun transfers to friends/family and ill be using them for every holiday now :-)”

“Have used sun transfers twice now , have found them very competitive on price , have always been there on time and their drivers are polite and very informative on the locations you are visiting .
