“This was an excellent service with a very courteous driver who had chilled water and a snack waiting for us in the vehicle (nice touch). The vehicle was a spotless big Mercedes. I had to contact suntranfers.com less than 24hrs before my return journey home as I had looked at my return flight time wrong , thus my pickup time was wrong. This was no problem and the girl on the phone just changed my pick up time to the correct one, all handled greatly which took the stress of me. Would definitely recommend this service.”

“Our transfer from Hotel to Airport - our driver never turned up! We were given no notice. The 24 hour helpline told us 'due to admin issue they wont turn up!' then advised us to ring a cab & keep reciept and we will be reimbursed! It was early hours & this caused alot of stress, inconvienence and panic! Will NEVER use again! Please Avoid!”

“We were very pleased with the service, the drivers were very helpful and friendly, just what you need in a foreign country and both our transfers were for night flights we felt very safe and looked after, we will defiantly use sun transfers again, keep up the good work!”

“Excellent service as usual. Driver is always waiting for us in arrivals and always arrives on time for the return journey. Price works out a good bit cheaper than taking a private hire from/to airport. Have looked at other companies online and none come close in price.”

“Our driver on arrival at barcelona was dressed very smartly in a dark suit and although couldn't speak English he was very helpful and courteous all the time. The vehicle was immaculately clean and had the all important air con. Plenty of room for eight of us. Our driver on leaving Barcelona was perfectly on time, we didn't have to wait a minute for him. He was very friendly and the vehicle this time was a small bus which the kids thoroughly enjoyed as they sat in the back. Would definitely use suntransfers again, no hesitation. Thank you.”

“Recently had a family break in Barcelona, after considering all my options, I decided to book flights, hotel, transfers etc myself as I wasn't happy with the options travel companies were giving me and believe in the end I probably saved money in the process. This meant I need to arrange my own transfer from Barcelona airport to our hotel. I considered either using public transport or grabbing a cab at the airport on arrival, but in the end decided to go with a booked transfer for piece of mind and the fact we were taking our children as well. As some online search, decided to go with suntransfers as I felt the positive feedback far outweighed a few negative comments and their overall approval appeared better than the other companies I looked at. Had a bit of trouble locating driver on arrival, possibly due to our flight being delayed by an hour and the size of the car park at Barca. No biggy though. When we found him, driver was very friendly and insisted on carrying several of our cases. Although I booked a basic 4 seater, pleasantly surprised that the driver had arrived in a Mercedes people carrier, which was very clean with the air conditioning a blessing after the stiffling heat and humidity of Barcelona airport arrivals hall. For our return to Barcelona airport from our hotel, we had a different driver, who arrived 15 minutes early and like our arrivals driver was very friendly and insisted on carrying as many of our bags he could handle. Vehicle again was a new looking Mercedes V6 people carrier. Driver dropped us right outside the departures doors. 1st time customer with suntransfers, won't hesistate to use them again in the future. Recommended! :-)”
