“I was extremely disappointed with the service we received from sun transfer in Faro airport! We've used Suntransfer many times and have always been delighted with the drivers appearance and demeanor as well as the punctual service! However this year we waited 25 minutes at Faro; I acknowledge the flight was early but surely if the driver has the flight number he/she can see when the relevant plane arrives!! I had to ring the office and when the driver did eventually arrived his attire was not extremely casual to the point of untidy!! The vehicle was described as as an executive minibus which it certainly was not! The seats had holes in them and the interior was not clean!!! The driver on the return to the airport initially went to the wrong address and didn't speak a civil word to us throughout the journey. He dropped us off quite a distance from the entrance moreover the step down from the van to the pavement was ridiculously high and as we were all in our 70s it was not acceptable! So in conclusion I was so disappointed and I will be looking for alternative arrangements next year!!”

“Reliable and great service, as usual. We've just arrived at our hotel in Kolymbia, Rhodes. Our Suntransfers driver, Dimitri met us at the airport, took care of our luggage, stored safely in his vehicle. He was pleasant, friendly and professional and we were driven in comfort to our destination.”

“Don't use Suntransfers. Not reliable. Bad service Disappointing Car Pick-Up Experience I recently reserved a car pick-up service for 8:30 AM on August 22, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. My party arrived at the airport at 8:47 AM, but there was no driver waiting for us as expected. After reaching out to the service hotline, I was assured that someone would arrive shortly, but the driver didn’t show up until 9:06 AM—over 30 minutes late. To make matters worse, when we finally got into the minivan, the driver had forgotten to close my door and was about to drive off! Thankfully, I noticed this and was able to close the door myself before anything serious happened. This level of carelessness is really concerning. I decided to write a complaint email to the company, hoping for a resolution, but the reply I received was disappointing and did not address my concerns adequately. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and has caused significant inconvenience for my party. Given the delays, the lack of attention to detail, and the unsatisfactory response from customer service, I would not recommend this service. Here's the full response from Esraa Ellebidi, Customer Service Representative. Not helping at all. We would like to thank you for taking the time to inform us of your experience with your Suntransfers.com booking SUNTR_QE0425. As a company focused on customer service it is extremely important for us to receive emails from our customers and we are grateful for your comments. You mention that you did not meet with your driver when you entered the arrivals hall. Normally drivers allow adequate time for passengers to disembark from the plane, clear passport control and collect their luggage and on occasions it might be that a customer came through unexpectedly quickly and the driver may not be in the arrivals hall yet. We have a Customer Service team available 24/7 to assist our customers if needed and a quick call to our team will usually ensure that the customers locate their driver and are on their way within minutes/as soon as possible. “Journey from the airport fine. 4 passengers and cases fitted in one car as requested. Pickup from hotel to the airport abysmal. Car not big enough for the same 4 passengers and cases and was told I would have to book a separate taxi and pay myself. Will not use this company again.”

“We had a transfer for the day of the date. At the last minute they tell us that the vehicle that we had to pay for a taxi was not available, but they did not refund what we had already paid for. They made us wait about 2 hours and they didn't come looking for us, we had to go by taxi, the people who worked there laughed in our faces and made fun of us because we were from another country. In addition to scammers they are racist.”

“I got transfer Antalya to Alanya there and back. The way there was terrible since they made us wait 20 min and then another 20 and another and we waited for 2 hours to get our shuttle. The Back way was even worth. I had no information about the time I’ll be collected from the hotel. I claimed it the day before and after chasing I got a message that at 15pm i will be picked up. The day of departure I got a call from the reception at 13:40 asking to go down for my shuttle. What? It was supposed to arrive at 15 not 13:40. The driver refused to wait and I had to be ready in 10 min. Terrible timing. Won’t suggest to anyone of you don’t wanna ruin your vacation!!!!!”

“Fiz uma viajem A Malta com a minha filha, quando no dia de vir embora, estava como habitualmente a porta do Hotel à hora marcada, para ir para aeroporto de volta para casa. Quando recebo uma mensagem e vários telefonemas, em que a Suntransfers e o seu motorista não ia buscar ao Hotel. Estava numa rua paralela ao meu Hotel em que as separava era um lanco de escadas para subir com cerca de 20 ou mais degraus. Minha filha que é menor danificou a sua mala, partiu uma roda. Fiz a devida reclamacão a Suntransfers que se prontificou a resolver a situacao. A resolucão vou da primeira vez fazer um credito de 8 euros, e da segunda vez fazer um credito no valor de 26,34 Euros. Gostaria de saber aonde adquiro uma mala com esse valor, pois nada teria acontecido se o motorista fosse conforme eu paguei ir buscar a porta do Hotel. Isto e uma falta de etica , para não falar na falta de educação do motorista, causando danos morais e materiais. Deixo aqui o meu comentario para que maes que viajem sozinhas com filhos menores terem a dignidade de optar por outra empresa. Não se responsabilizam por nada, quando algo corre mal. Muita publicidade, avaliacoes mas na hora de prestar um bom serviço ao cliente e mantar a fidelização do mesmo para futuras viagens não se responsabilzam por nada.”

“Die Hinfahrt war in Ordnung, aber die Rückfahrt war furchtbar! Es geht um den Transfer am 16.09.24 vom Seher Resort und Spa zum Flughafen Antalya. Der Fahrer kam um 7 Uhr an und ging erst einmal auf die Toilette. Ok, kein Problem, er war ca. 10 Minuten dort. Später wurde mir klar, dass er wohl versucht hat, sich etwas aufzufrischen, um nicht so müde zu sein. Wir sind etwa 40 Minuten in Richtung Flughafen Antalya gefahren, und ich musste ihn zweimal an den Schultern rütteln, weil er fast eingeschlafen ist! Ich habe ihn daraufhin gefragt, ob er zu müde sei, und er antwortete mit "JA". Er hat sich ins Gesicht geschlagen und fuhr dann weiter. Das ist empörend! Wir waren mit einem kleinen Kind unterwegs und wirklich gestresst! Ich hoffe, dass der Fahrer entlassen wird. Ich werde Ihre Dienstleistungen nicht mehr in Anspruch nehmen und würde Ihre Firma auch niemandem weiterempfehlen. Schönen Tag noch.”

“We have booked with you a second time this holiday as we were impressed with the first time with you. This time around was a complete opposite experience. From the minute we step foot off the plane it was horrible. Not only did we have to wait almost an hour for the driver, I had to run around trying to get contact with someone to help. Once I found the girls in the kiosk office they told me he should be with us within 6 minutes. He was not. I then had to query again. Finally in comes our driver…. Trudges us through the back end of the airport behind the building and behind all the buses. What a gruff man he was. The personality of a rock. I asked if I could have a sip of my water after reading the no drinking or eating sign in his car. I figured water would be ok. Well it was not. He rudely told me to wait 25 minutes till I got to the resort. I was absolutely parched after a long flight and wait for him. Horrible experience. We sat so uncomfortable in the car I could have cried. Once I reached the hotel, I immediately cancelled our car back to the airport for fear it would be another bad experience. Not to mention the car was a less classy than what we had been expecting from photos. Dirty and smelly. Shameful.”

“Booked shuttle transport for 6 September from Faro to Albefaro booked return trip for 20 th September paid 40euro they did not turn up Terravision they are agents for service here they did not receive any transfer for us we e mailed them 2 no response I have lost my 40 euro so I am just letting you all now we had to get Taxi from Airport that was 65euro so be warned0⁰”
