Reservamos traslado aeropuerto San Francisco a hotel y del hotel al aeropuerto San Francisco para nuestra salida. Al llegar al aeropuerto no había nadie. Nos cansamos de llamar a los números suministrados y luego de 1 hora de espera tomamos un taxi. El día que regresábamos igual, debían buscarnos al hotel y esperamos 30 minutos pero debíamos irnos pues sino perdíamos el vuelo y nadie apareció. Una estafa total pues cobran el dinero y luego no va nadie a buscarte y no reembolsan. Pésimos . Un atraco.

Avoid this company they owe me 2 refunds for cancelled bookings. To top it off I'm now left at my hotel in Alicante with a no show to transfer me to the airport.😡

I booked this transfer company thinking I was getting a good deal. When arriving at the airport I was told the driver would be waiting with a sign with my name. On arrival there was drivers with name cards but not mine. I called through and made 3 international calls to find out where my driver was. I had to wait an hour and only found the driver when my husband went outside the airport. If I was told at least once to go outside it could have saved time and hassle. I had my two kids with me also. Then there was a problem with my return booking. It seems like the date was wrong. Rather than rearrange or try to fix the problem I was told to rebook. When I questioned maybe a part refund towards the next booking I was refused and also mocked. I have the WhatsApp messages as proof. I am disgusting at the customer service or lack of. This company is also very over priced. Do not waste your money. Book elsewhere or get a local taxi. Much cheaper and no attitude.

Horrible experience with Suntransfers. They literally left me stranded in the airport and told me it's my own damn fault. I booked way in advanced, confirmed my booking for an international flight, booked a van because we had a lot of luggage. After I got off the plane, went through customs and collected my luggage I received a message that "my driver was released". I called them back right away, mind you, their voicemail says "if your plane is delayed, don't worry our drivers will wait for you". My plane wasn't even delayed, just a long line at customs. The person gets on the phone with me and tell me "Oh yeah, your driver left, and they are not picking up their phone". Also "YOU SHOULD JUST TAKE A TAXI" and "WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU" ???!!! I've had better customer service in 3rd world countries. Biggest regret, I've seen other reviews saying the same thing and ignored them. Use at your own risk, I will never use them again personally!

Only 2 issues... (1) driver was busy chatting with his mates and therefore was not identifiable, so I had to call the helpline. (2) a Peugeot 308 is not a "luxury" car - so I was basically robbed for the premium charge for a better car

Took money upfront for the 4 of us from Alicante airport to Benidorm, had to wait for transfer, won’t be using them again when we come back in June , communication not good especially as it was a late flight 👹

We were a group of 7 middle age women that arrived in Amsterdam on a 17.20 pm flight we made our way after long passport control to the meeting point as instructed an arrived there at 6 pm no one from suntransfers arrived an airport worker even tried calling from his phone to recieve only music we waited 1 hour an eventually gave up and had to pay 90 euros for an airport taxi SunTransfers insisted there driver was there until 18.35pm he definately was NOT !! It’s impossible in the area to miss a group of 6 women with luggage Sun Transfers even persisted to say they called my mobile phone which would not connect even though my phone was in my hand as I was trying to call them and I had no missed calls They refuse to refund or reimburse Absolutely disgusting please please do not put yourself through this experience there are plenty of other cheaper transfers And trains are easily an readily available right outside the station for the fitter people that can carry there luggage I strongly recommend Do Not Use this company I have never written a bad review before I am not a Moaner but the response from this company was a complete pack of lies !!

Nadie nos estaba esperando en el aeropuerto de Viena y tuvimos que buscar un taxi para ir a nuestro hotel en el centro. Total valía lo mismo el taxi que este servicio. No hubiera hecho falta esta reserva. Fatal porque esto es una negligencia grave y no nos han devuelto el dinero. Nunca recomendaría esta agencia.

Awful service this company is a rip-off save your money and don’t use them. First off, for a premium car service, the cars they send aren’t premium to say the least. Beaten up Mercedes taxi isn’t a premium car. I booked a car service in Cyprus to pick me up from the airport and drive me to Paphos. The taxi driver waiting for me was rude and very unprofessional. He refused to drive me because I had a bike bag with me. After trying to shove my $10,000 bike into the back of the car, he proceeded to shout aggressively at me. I was a female traveling solo and his aggressive rude behavior was frightening. Needless to say I walked away and took a taxi from the airport. Later I contacted the company and explained the situation, their response was pathetic. They refused to refund me for a service that wasn’t provided for me and proceeded to try to guilt me that any complaint about the driver would cause his dismissal which is something they wouldn’t feel good about. Never in my life was I treated with utter disrespect, this company doesn’t understand or value customer service.

Tip? Do not hire this company!! The car never arrived and while I was waiting and claiming it, they lied to me about its location. It was a very bad experience. I finally had to take a taxi. Never more!!!

A FUIR ABSOLUMENT ! Je mets une étoile mais les prestations de Suntransfers en valent ZERO. Après un long vol, nous sommes arrivés à l'aéroport à l'heure prévue soit 23 h ou aucun chauffeur ne nous attendait. Nous avons attendu 2h et à 1H du matin en désespoir de cause nous avons du prendre un autre taxi que nous avons du payer en plus. Aucun moyen de contacter facilement cette société qui semble-t-il, au vu des autres commentaires, est coutumière de ce genre de problème. Nos messages restent sans réponse et aucun remboursement n'a été effectué. ARNAQUE PURE ET SIMPLE.

Scam! to avoid We arrived at the airport on time and no driver was waiting for us. We waited 45 minutes with 3 children, and had to take a taxi, which we paid extra for. Suntransfers refuses to reimburse us. A total scam

Worst experience from any transfer company. Firstly they didn’t know where the street I was staying at in Tenerife was…. Every taxi driver during my stay found it without any problems. I sent coordinates and showed them on Google maps but as it was a cul de sac they said they’d have to drop me off at the bottom of a steep hill as they wouldn’t be able to turn round. This was supposedly in the private taxi I’d booked.. which turned out to be a minibus. The driver eventually agreed to take me to the end of the cul de sac without a problem. He said they wouldn’t be able to turn a large bus there tho and they’d pick me up at the bottom of the hill for the return. I said I’d booked a private taxi… not a large bus, so what was the problem. The driver insisted they wouldn’t pick me up from the property. Now I’m faced with standing on a street corner with cases waiting for a vehicle (not specified what sort) which would be looking for 2 unidentified people with cases… I cancelled the return… they then sent a text confirming the return with no refund. Useless and will never deal with them again

If I could give no stars I would. I had used them in the past and it was great, this time the worst. American Airlines cancelled our flight, I let them know as soon as we knew it cancelled. I purchased their insurance which turns out only covers if you cancel the transfer before your flights scheduled departure time. So because American Airlines delayed and then canceled the flight I can’t get a refund because it was after the original scheduled departure….. not sure I understand how that’s my fault but they told me to try claiming it on a different insurance to see if they would pay instead. Once we finally arrive I spoke with them the day before departure to make sure everything was good to go for a transfer from the hotel to the airport. After some talking they got it all taken care of. Fast forward to the next day 1 PM time for departure no one shows up. I reach out they forgot to dispatch a driver, they finally arrive at 1:30 in a small Kia car which I had reserved a private minivan because we had three passengers with five bags. Our luggage didn’t fit in the bag we had to carry it ourselves in the car. Once on the road he asked us three times if we were going to American Airlines and still proceeded to drop us off at Delta. I sent an email reaching out asking for a refund for both portions as you left us stranded for a half hour we almost had to take a taxi and we were running to our gate. I was refunded $13 of what cost me almost 100$ when it was all said and done, that’s what they think is a fair refund….. don’t ever use them!!!

refund processed, check with bank and nothing . called them and recieved another email again saying refund being processed but could take any amount of time to be done , called them again to be told that they couldnt refund back to my card because of the time period , recieved another email asking for my bank details and after supplying that got yet another email claiming refund would be made , well guess what still no refund. no i am not saying they will not transfer you but should you have to cancel and ask for a refund be aware they dont

ordered child seat … after asking for it staff came to install a seat, but it wasn’t even properly secured. Driver told me it wasn’t possible to.. He just made it look like it was…! This was a serious threat to a baby… -driver was late, rude and had a terrible driving style…NEVER EVER AGAIN
