“Our flight was delayed to Austria by 4 hours. Sun Transfers policy is that we pay again since they contract with a local vendor for the pick up. We were very disappointed with their lack of service! DO NOT USE SUN TRANSFERS! James Truax USA 9-4-2015”

“My family and I (20 week pregnant partner, two children aged 5 and 6) were left stranded at Bastia Airport in Corsica after the transfer failed to show up. On a Sunday. It was a horrible start to our holiday. After an hour of international phone calls of our own expense, Suntransfers told us that the booking had been 'lost', to take a taxi and they'd refund it, leaving us with very little money left for our holiday. Nearly 3 weeks later we've still not been refunded for our original booking, ***OR*** the additional taxi. After repeated calls, they still don't call back and we're still chasing this issue. We'll certainly never use this company again, regardless of the outcome, and I'll be sure to tell friends, family, and review sites of this awful customer service.”

“Driver arrived early for both journeys, which was great as we were early too! Estimated transfer time was very accurate. Car was lovely. Drive spoke no English but this didn't matter - we were happy watching the scenery. I understand the price we paid was very competitive too. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“Found sun transfers very easy to book and very efficient. The driver was waiting on arrival. He was very courteous and very helpful.. The same driver picked us up at our hotel for return journey. Would definitely used them again”

“1st time used. Drivers were polite and friendly, helped with luggage and vehicles were immaculate. We were 4 families totalling 16 and they were waiting for us in arrivals and arrived early for our departure home. Wouldn't hesitate in booking again as very reliable and professional service all round.”

“I had read mixed reviews on Suntransfers so was a little concerned, especially as the price was so reasonable. However, I could not fault the service in any way . The driver was waiting at the airport, the cars used were new and clean. On the return , I had to amend the time and this was no problem. I will certainly use this company again and would recommend them.”

“Happy using this company from reus airport to salou and return. had good and helpful drivers both ways nice taxi from the airport to hotel and a mini bus to ourselves for the return journey. hotel pick up was spot on time. airport pick up was 15-20 minute wait as drivers were very erratic in who got who to were? would i use them again YES!!!”
