“arrived in budapest , no one came to meet us , waited an hour before getting a taxi , most annoying was the phone number for in the event of a problem, nobody answered any calls . the taxi came and was half the price as well !”

“Do not use these, we had booked to go from airport to hotel then airport to cruise terminal with 6 people. We had suitcases which we booked and they picked us up from the airport in a van which was great. Then a couple of days later picked us up from the hotel in a car thay could only fit 6 people and no suitcases, not even little carry on suitcases. The drive had about 3 child seats that were taking up 1 seat and at least 2 seats had to go down for our cases, so we was left stuck and had to get 2 taxis and they won’t refund, absolutely disgraceful company”

“Had a great experience with Sun Transfers in the Algarve recently. Picked up promptly at Faro Airport and brought to accommodation. Car very clean and Driver very helpful. Collected again from our accommodation. Driver a few minutes late due to roadworks in the area which was not his fault. Driver was very efficient and friendly. Car spotless. I use sun transfers every year and have to say they have never let us down. Highly recommend them for the Algarve area.”

“I give suntransfer 1 star got picked up at dalaman airport which was . on my return journey we were picked 50 minutes earlier we were starting to eat our evening meal and my husband checking to be on the safe side. A driver of a mini bus says my name. My husband come back and says the transfer is here with lots of other passengers I was not happy I have completed about this .I payed for a private transfer and ruined our last meal have used suntransfer before but will not again I would of been happy if they had apologies and gave part refund but no so not again Mrs l Kelly”

“We booked shuttle from Rhodes Airport to our hotel. Made to stand outside by extremely rude staff for 1 hour before shuttle arrived. Then sat in shuttle for further 20 minutes before they decided to take us to airport. This was that and TLT people. When we complained we were told that our transfer says clearly that we wait for 1 hour before transfer to hotel and told us we can take taxi if we are unhappy. SO EVEN IF TRANSFER SAID 1 HOUR WHICH NOONE IN SHUTTLE SAW THEY MADE US WAIT 1 HOUR 20 MINUTES”

“Very disappointed with service, driver was not there in Malaga airport when we arrived, had carry on baggage so didn't delay ended up having to call UK customer service, eventually got picked up 45min later. Would not use again nor recommend.”

“Worst company to deal with ever! We booked a car to take us from Rome airport to our hotel. The company « supposedly » checks on your flight arrival…however..we were stuck in the customs line up for 2 hours..and I was not yet able to get my SIM card…so when we finally got out of customs and contacted the driver..he told us his company told him to leave and we were left at the airport and out our $120Cdn (which the company refuses to refund us even if they say it was through no fault of our own that we missed our driver). We then had to line up for over an hour for a cab…which we paid €45 for…big difference between the price of a cab and Suntransfer. I would definitely not recommend this company…how can they not be aware of the customs delays if they monitor flights?”
