“Suntransfers - Disaster. Going to and from Pula Airport. On arrival (9:30 at night)no driver. Contacted the emergency number (in the UK - no local number given). They eventually rang back (presumably hoping the problem had gone away) to tell me that I had already been collected!!! 45 mins later the driver eventually showed up and made numerous excuses none of which I believed. Did not know where he was going - had to use the Sat Nav on his phone. I contacted Suntransfers to ensure that this would not happen on the way back. They assured me! Car due at 9:00 am to bring us to the airport. No sign. I contacted UK again. Eventually, they rang back to say that he was there but this was yet another excuse. At 9:00 we saw the car arrive (only one other car arrived at the hotel during this period). The driver confirmed that he was from Suntransfers - he did not say any other word during the 40 minute trip. He drove very fast and with loud music. No appology from Head Office as yet. Needless to say, we will not be using this company again. Allen H”

“Recently used Suntransfers when arriving after midnight at Istanbul - Driver was waiting and very helpful. Had to make a couple of minor amendments for my return trip and they were dealt with very efficiently Great service and cheaper than picking up a taxi at the airport”

“Booked with Suntransfers.com for return transfers between Pula airport and Porec and both journeys were great. The drivers arrived on time and they both spoke excellent English. The cars were clean and air-conditioned. We requested a babyseat for both journeys for our 9 month old baby and it was provided with no problems. I will use Suntransfers again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Excellent service, most importantly unlike many private taxi servicesthe driver took his time and wasn't rushing for the next fare. Also we didn't have to share a minibus with strangers as in some transfer services. Driver also waited at airport terminal while I checked it was the correct one for our flight (international flight from domestic terminal!)”

“We booked a transfer to Malaga airport at 8am, and were a little anxious about whether the taxi would come on time, not having used the service before. In fact, the driver was early, waiting for us when we came out. He was friendly and efficient, the taxi was spotless, and he was very helpful with our luggage.”

“Driver was waiting in arrivals area and assisted with luggage to car. On departure driver was early and again helped to load car. Both were immaculately dressed and friendly. Car was spotless.”

“Used this Company to collect 8 of us from Vilnius Airport to the City Centre and the return journey. Our driver was waiting for us on arrival - clearly visible as we came through arrivals. He provided a quick and professional service, delivering us to our Hotel. The return journey was equally as efficient - picked up on time by a friendly smartly dressed driver. I have no hesitation in recommending the service provided and will be using Suntransfers again.”

“Pre paid Cancun to Puerto Morelos. Searched high and lie for driver in the area we were told..no show. Rang the number given to us. No record of us or voucher number. Their response that driver was there not unexpected..”

“Larnaca to Ayia Napa + Return Great service, travelled 27.05.2015 and 03.06.2015 Was collected on time, different companies collected us but both on time and courteous. Vehicles clean and both drivers spoke english. Would recommend. When we arrived at the airport the lady was holding a board up with our name at arrivals. Mini bus on our arrival, Stretch limo on our way back to the airport.”
