“I would like to express my deepest dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service. According to original order we were supposed to be in Berlin TEGEL 16:40 with Austrian Airlines But due to delay of first of connecting flights to Vienna, we were changed to other flight and we came to Berlin TEGEL on 17:55 with Lufthansa. We were contacted with Sunftransfers.com by telephone and by Live Chat online, but it was refused to change the pick-up time just for 1 hour and 15 minutes later. Due to that we encountered many problems and inconveniences and significant costs (new transportation, loss of already payed money to suntransfers.com) It is extremely difficult to understand such a behavior of Suntransfers.com. It was the matter only in one call to the Driver, I am convinced that there is no problem to wait for only 75 minutes longer, it could be suggested to make additional payment for the waiting time – it would not be a problem. So, it was so easy for sutransfers, but so difficult for us… Acting was so formal, without any understanding of the customer. You put us in a humiliating position. Such a company cannot work in Europe, as it does not care of its Customers. You have no understanding, no sympathy. I could not really believe that in Europe we cannot solve such a small issue (one telephone call ? only), I could not understand how can the “respectable” company have such a negative not-sensitive attitude to its clients. Unbelievable. Just try to be in our place – would not You think the same? I will never recommend Suntransfers.com to my colleagues, who are traveling a lot.”

“Used sun transfers from Verona airport to and from my hotel. Driver was there at arrivals and turned up early on our day of departure at the hotel. Great service. Would highly recommend and will be using again.”

“We were nearly 6 hrs late arriving at our destination & so called Sun Transfers. They immediately organised a taxi to take us to our apartment through the Enterprise Car Hire representative, who also called our apartment owner tolet them know we were on our way. The return Taxi arrived early for our trip to the airport and was very helpful. Text message information was also good & helpful. This was the first time we had used Sun Transfers and will definitely use them again. Massive thank you for all the help.”

“Sun transfers pre booked taxi driver was waiting for me at arrivals when I walked into the arrivals hall with a big sign with my name printed on . The cost of the transfer to my hotel and the return journey was 66 euros cheaper than the tour operators price and 30 euros cheaper than a local taxi price. Also on the return journey two guests at my hotel found themselfs stranded because of a mix up with their car rental and the driver took them to the airport at no extra cost. All in all a great service at a great price”
