“Found the site on the Internet , never having booked a taxi abroad before I was a little worried. But there was no need to have been. The driver(sorry did not know his name) was waiting with our name on a board. My husband commented what a careful driver he was. The taxi came early for us on the return journey. Very happy with the service. Thank you.”

“The booking process was painless and efficient. My transfer from Faro to Tivoli was good, on time, a polite and helpful driver. The return transfer was not good. We were waiting as instructed outside the hotel at 9.25 in time for a 9.30 pick-up. At 9.40, as instructed if the taxi didn’t arrive, I phoned your central office. They were polite but informed me the driver had been delayed due to traffic – this was early on a Sunday morning so I doubt that was the case but we waited and 20 minutes late the driver arrived. This driver was rude, he did not apologise for being late and in fact said nothing the whole trip. Worse, he stacked everything into the back of the minibus and when we arrived at Faro he opened the door carelessly and a computer rucksack fell on to the ground from a height of 1.5m. A recently purchased expensive Swissgear bag was damaged and now does not close because of a broken zip. The computer was marked but fortunately still functions. The driver ignored it and ignored my son trying to assess the damage. He did not apologise or indeed say anything. He simply drove off. Informed SunTransfers but no response. Not good.”

“Waiting at airport with a sign when we arrived. Taxi had gone on another job but rep said if it did not turn up within 5mins he would pay the fare,taxi arrived a couple of minutes later. Very good service and cheapest fare found.”

“Outstanding service, lost camera in back of taxi and after contacting them they returned it to my hotel, the Drivers were knowledgeable, helpful, honest, efficient and polite. I would not hesitate in recommending this service to friends, family and colleagues. Helped make our trip an easy no fuss experience. Well done.”
