“The drivers were on time for both legs of the transfer on Gran Canaria...excellent service all round . I was a bit concerned that there was no requirement to re-confirm the return journey ..need not have worried ..it all worked out fine . First time we have used Suntransfers , won't be the last”

“Used Sun Transfers from Madeira Airport to Funchal return and every thing worked perfectly. Used a 6 Seater for 4 adults and it was extremely comfortable both ways. We have used Sun before and have never had a problem.”

“Excellent service. Very easily spotted at the airport on arrival. Name was very clear and correctly spelt. Driver was very courteous. Quickly led us to his car and also took charge of our luggage. Drive was very smooth and we were dropped at the hotel doors. On the return, the driver was punctual and also interested in our stay in Budapest. Although traffic was very busy, the driver obviously knew some shortcuts to avoid sitting in traffic jams. We arrived at the airport in plenty of good time. We were delighted with the service and can definitely recommend them.”

“We were very disappointed in the service, which had come widely recommended. We had booked an airport transfers into/out of Istanbul Our flight was due to arrive at Ataturk at 5:35am but arrived early at 5:13am. We had cleared immigration and customs by 5:38am. There was no representative from the company awaiting us. I called the Spanish office at around 6:00am to enquire. I received a voice mail at 6:05am indicating the driver would arrive in 5 mins. No apologies received. I called again around 6:30am and waiting a long time on hold never getting through. Eventually the company representative arrived at Arrivals at 6:40am, essentially one and a half after flight arrival. The '5 min' response above totally misrepresented the situation. Had we know it was to be a further 40 minutes we would have taken a taxi. The Spanish representative did not offer any apology and when queried as to the company's response to the failure in service, she responded that it wasn't so bad. She totally disregarded our situation and the misrepresentation she made earlier. On the return journey, the driver got into an accident.”

“I have used Sun Transfers many times. The transfer has always been easy to find at Paphos airport and always on time or just before for the return transfer. My wife has difficulty in getting into and out of a motor vehicle but all the drivers have been extremely helpful on all times. As long as we are able to travel we shall continue to use Sun Transfers.”
