“September 2016 booking for 5 . Return trip arranged for airport and no show. Was told that the driver was on route later finding our this was not true and ended up getting a taxi. Awful customer service. Definitely would not recommend”

“Very good service! i took a chance booked with suntransfers online to a country ive never been to before (paphos cyprus) so was abit worried at first but i need not be because to my surprise the driver was already at the airport when we landed and picked us up from our hotel on time. Book witj suntransfers they are alot cheaper than the other companies x”

“Having used Sun Transfers on numerous occasions for transfers between airports and resorts and never being disappointed our latest trip was no exception. On arrival at Dubai our taxi was waiting for us, the car was very comfortable, clean, spacious and the driver was excellent. Speaking very good English he spoke about his country with a great deal of passion, his family which obviously meant a great deal to him and on the way pointed out some of the main attractions we may want to visit. The journey between the airport and our resort was an hour long but this passed very quickly due to the various conversations going on. Very pleased when we had the same driver going back to the airport, he was early which we prefer and we soon got chatting about our holiday experience, Could not fault our experience with Sun Transfers, roll on Christmas and our visit to Egypt, This will be the first time we will have used Sun Transfers in this country and I am sure we will not be disappointed.”

“Excellent service, cannot fault them at all. Very reasonably priced, in fact a private taxi transfer worked out cheaper for us (5 passengers) than a shared shuttle bus. Drivers very polite and punctual, will definitely use again, highly recommended.”

“Had to change my return times. Customer Service dealt with this immediately. Easy web site to use. Communicated via text to remind me of pickup times. Drivers were there on time for both pickup and drop off. Both very helpful and assisted with luggage. We use them again.”

“We have just arrived back from Tenerife and used Suntransfers to take us to our hotel and back to the airport. There was a problem with our case at the airport, someone else took ours and we were late leaving the airport, but the man driving our car waited outside and was really courteous when we apologised for being late. He drove well and not too fast. The same man arrived at the hotel for us a week later, took our cases off us and waited until we were ready. He drove once again, really well and we felt comfortable and safe all the journey. We arrived at the airport in good time. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone.”
