“I ordered the spare parts in July, I emailed and called in August with no response. Further calls in September without reply. Finally got the part end of September. Very poor communication and expensive postage costs for something the size of the umbrella holder.”

It is unfortunate that mistakes do happen from time to time. A secondary order was placed for your Free umbrella as soon as we were informed that one had not been received.

“Recently purchased a Waterproof Golf Bag direct from Sun Mountain at a price lower than other retailers were quoting and in addition the deal included a free Umbrella valued @ £29. Products arrived extremely well packaged and on schedule. The transaction was entirely trouble free and dealt with very professionally by Sun Mountain.
