“The item I ordered is not my size but though a smaller belt exists, it didn't seem to be available. It's slightly disappointing but I have to accept it.”

“I found ordering ,recieving very straightforward but because I made a mistake by ordering the wrong product trying to return,or receive a reply to my calls ,or e mails hasn't been easy. Trying to receive a returns form is impossible for me to seemingly achieve and no advice leaves me completly in the air. I now feel valueless when everything whilst ordering was good.”

“A rather disappointing service to be honest. I needed a replacement brake cable for my 4 wheel push trolley but you don't do just a cable, only a complete cable and brake set. The cable / brake kit was out of stock though and nobody replied when I emailed to ask when it might be back in stock. A few weeks later I checked and found it was back in stock so I ordered it and it arrived safely. However, the base plate for the bottom of the trolley where the brake is is a different size and shape from the old one so does not fit as it hits the wheel! Fortunately I only needed a new cable so I have fitted this and all seems OK. Problem solved but it would be a lot better if one could buy just a brake cable on its own. Thank you”

“I only wanted the spring and the foot pedal but you did not sell just that part so I had to buy the complete part”

“The bag is nearly a direct replacement for a bag I got years ago where the stitching on the handle started giving way. The only issue I have with the new bag is that it seems like the cooler/drinks section might have been put in place incorrectly, the pocket is not as easily accessible as the same feature in the old bag. It works, but not as well. It's difficult to get two water bottles in it.”

“Re order ZWPHQNKQ, I was also looking for a replacement clamp/clip for the umbrella holder to fit in as one of the two clamps/clips has snapped off, hence a contributory factor in losing the original umbrella holder, but can't find a stockist. please contact agordonprentice@btinternet.com if you know of one. “I was disappointed this was not a Sun Mountain product and was a universal one and not specifically for a Sun Mountain bag. My hood zip broke and I was wanting to get a new one and this was the only one I could find. Could you advise me if you do replacement hoods for the waterproof bags ?”

“Waited quite a few days, although paid £5 and it came by courier. It actually wasn't quite te same part as was on the tro;;ey, or like the video I found online. Luckily I have a hands on husband, who adapted it. am happy my trolley has a brake again”

“Package arrived promptly and well wrapped / protected. Rather than the whole assembly I found I only needed the plastic T-bar. Its not likely the rest of the assembly would break, so maybe sell the T-bars on their own. No instructions were included. What were the four tiny mini-screwdriver-like enclosures for?”

“Good quality and delivery service but better description of parts and fitting instructions would be useful, either on the web site or delivered with the parts. What looked like Allen screws turned out to be pop rivets - not much use if you don't have a pop rivet gun.”
