“Telephone support / advice was ok - I don’t believe the person helping me was knowledgeable about what type of travel bag protection one needs when travelling internationally. He was more concerned about price (which I was), however, I also wanted plus plus protection as described to him, as I was replacing a travel bag that had been broken beyond repair on a recent international flight. Delivery was prompt - no issues there. The Sunmountain Clubglider is great, very easy to manage and manoeuvre with the rest of one’s luggage”

“Very good customer service because it was necessary to pay over the phone, for some reason I couldn’t pay online even though I tried with two different cards”

“Delivered really quickly. I would be better if they had a more information rich site though, especially as they’re the main distribution of Sun Mountain range in the UK”

“I haven’t had the chance to use the bag yet as it’s carry only at my golf course but looks like a great bag with plenty of space. Light weight. One of the reasons I bought a Sun mountain bag over any other is the material on the dividers. Looks sturdy and long lasting. Looking forward to years of use.”
