Easy to use Web site, fast efficient delivery and whilst I haven't used the trolley on a golf course yet it is a really great product. Very impressive

When I placed my order it wasn't obvious to me that you didn't have the item in stock & that it would be months before you did. When I received an email to say the item was on back order I expected to wait weeks. When I rang & was told it would be some 3 months I changed the colour, then you forgot to send the replacement & I had to ring you again. Not very slick.

Order site easy. Delivery prompt. Bag just brilliant. Larger than my wife's glider bag so much easier to put bag inside. Envy of other golfers whilst gliding around airport terminal.

I already own the H2NO cart bag, which is great. I have been wanting to get the H2NO 14 way carry bag for when I go travelling on tour with the boys for a while now. The service was great kept me updated from the start and tracking of the shipment arrived the next working day. The bag itself is fantastic the 14 way divider at the top of the bag lays the clubs out in an easy to manage way, the bag is light to carry even with a full set of clubs and all the other gear you end up carrying. Great quality with the right amount of pockets and for well let's face it the UK weather conditions a waterproof bag is the only way to go.

The reason I have given you a low rating was because of the poor customer service I sent 3 email's to find out the progress of my order and not one was even acknowledged even if it was to say it was on back order

Hi We have checked back on our customer service system and can see that all of the emails you have sent in to us have been answered, did you receive the automated acknowledgement after each email, or the order confirmation/dispatch notification. If not these have perhaps been stopped by your junk email filters, all emails would be from sales@rsmg.eu
My bag took just short of 2 months to arrive in that time I had no information at what stage my order was at.

Hi, We are unsure as to how we could have provided you any further information? When the order was placed the bag was being clearly shown as out of stock with an availability date of the 25th January 2016. Our system will only send out updates if there are any changes to this date. There were no changes, the stock arrived on the date that was shown at time of purchase and your order was promptly shipped to you.
When I placed the order 19 November it was out of stock. Money was taken and back order accepted. I received no further communication until the third week of January when a delivery notification was issued and no information about the order staus was available on the website until then. Given the lack of updates on the staus of my order I had begun to wonder whether I had been the victim of a scam. This is very poor customer service.

Hi, we are sorry that you think this is poor customer service. When any product is back ordered from our web site an expected availability date is always clearly stated at point of purchase, in this case this was the 25th January 2016. Our systems only send out updates if there are any changes to the availability date originally given, in this case there were no changes to be advised as the stock arrived on the dates originally advised.
Ordered Micro-Cart 4 wheel trolley which arrived quickly and is really good. The only downside to the purchase, was the set of hedge hog wheels ordered at the same time had on the brake disc wheel a different alignment for the screws, so I had to get a new disc and screws sent afterwards.

The trolley is study and strong but extremely big . Think it would be fine if you don't have to put it in and out of the boot but it's heavy and cumbersome .

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong golf bag, ordered carry bag instead of cart bag. My problem was dealth with excellently by telephoning the company. I have arranged for it to be returned via courier on Monday and then hopefully I will receive a refund. Many thanks.
