Order was placed 13.3.2024, today is 22.3.2024 - you probably should start improving the delivery times! Message from Ebay, on 21.03.2024: YOUR ITEM IS ON ITS WAY On 21.03.2024 it arrived in Heathrow, acc. tracking data - amazing! (by truck it will be another week) Its still a little from Heathrow to Helsinki! You really manage to have delivery times over a month, as in your questionary below? In 2024! Bon voyage!

Sir, your order was placed via eBay and the eBay Global Shipping was selected as the carrier. We have no control over the speed of this method of delivery. Your order was placed on the 13.3.2024 and it was shipped to eBays Global Shipping Service the same day 13.3.2024 and this was recepted as received by eBay GSP on the 16th March. As you have selected them as the International shipper the delay in it arriving with you is an issue you should take up with them.
Product never arrived and never received a refund.

Hi Thanks for the review however it is incorrect. Yes the goods were lost in transit by the carriers. However you informed us that it had not arrived at 09:06 on the 26/02 and your refund was processed at 09:25 on the 26/02.
I did buy a Sun Mountain golf bag from you some time ago-black and what was originally white. The white soon turned to dirty cream after a few months. Your company or Sun Mountain had no interest in replacing the bag or investigating the cause of the almost immediate loss of colour. Cost over £300 at the time.

I had to email at least 7/8 times, I called and left several voicemails. Rubbish customer service.

Ordered part from website, but received a different part which is of no use. Contacted them but told would look into it but not answering or replying to voice mail or replying to email after a month. No help whatsoever. Left with useless part and broken cart. Avoid this company.

Hi Sorry to hear your order has not arrived as yet. This was sent with Yodel/Collect+ on the 20th March so should have been delivered by now. We will contact them to find the reason for the delay and hopefully resolve any issues so that delivery can be made.
Can't really comment on the product AS STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. Can only review your shipping process , which I can only class as abysmal. When I ordered my bag on Dec 3rd I paid for express delivery (1-2 working days) as I needed it for Dec 8th and said as much when ordering. To date DHL have said they were delivering on Dec 7th, Dec 8th and today ( Dec 13th) none of which has happened. Various reasons given for why not,..and initially claiming the parcel had been delivered and signed for in Belgium!!, then claiming the parcel had been returned to the "Depot" on Dec 10th. The whole process has been horrible and much time wasted waiting around as on some of the DHL correspondence a signature for delivery was requested. Appreciate that you have little control over DHL, but continuing to use them will probably result in some similar feedback!

Yet again RSMG Limited took my review down, they just don’t like negative feedback on Sun Mountain goods that they sell. Ironically they keep Linda’s post about helping with golf bag hood. When I asked about my golf bag zip that was only in use 6 months they wanted to give me 25% off a £350 golf bag and no help with repairing the faulty zip. Not sure why anyone would spend around another £240 on a bag that is clearly very poor quality. So being retired, I will keep posting my reviews and include Trustpilot and Instagram until some at RSMG has the sense to help a customer.

Just read Linda’s review about her replacement hood for her golf bag. My experience was completely the opposite. After six month use of my water proof lite car bag the ball compartment zip broke. I asked Sun Mountain if they could repair the zip at my cost and they said ‘NO’. Rather they offered me 25% off a new bag that is around £340, not sure why anyone would pay another £340 after six months of use when the products are clearly garbage and there are much better products and cheaper on the market. RSMG who market and sell Sun Mountain keep taking my posts down as they don’t like the truth about Sun Mountain and claim it’s not their product, yet they sell it. Very poor customer experience and exceptionally poor quality products.

Unfortunately I have received terrible aftersales service from your company. I have contacted you a number of times in the last 2 weeks about a problem with my order (12779) and no one has bothered to respond. It wouldn't be difficult to resolve but you have just ignored my voice messages and emails. Why?

I have still not received my bag and the communication has been poor, with no updates as to when my delivery is expected or any apologies for the delay. I will not be using this site again and I will be advising my friends and colleagues to avoid at all costs

Terrible service from Progolf online. Very quick to take the money but appauling at delivery and non existent customer service. Paid extra for the tracked delivery (2-3 days) but the goods were not dropped off at the courier until day 5! Don't bother phoning because they will away from the desk or on the other line. Don't bother 'leaving a message and we will get back to you' because they won't. In fact just don't bother.

Hi Having checked your order we can see that you did pay for tracked delivery, but unfortunately this was missed by the warehouse. We will of course be refunding you the charge for this. The telephone has been exceptionally busy of late and it is currently taking us a few days longer than usual to respond to messages left. Again apologies that your order was mishandled.
I have not yet received my Sun Mountain carry golf bag and your shipment tracking of customer purchases is very poor - you should use FedEx or UPS. Would be unlikely to purchase from Sun Mountain at a future date. James Ormonde

We use a variety of carriers to ship out orders, delivery timescales vary and are specified with each shipping type. Your shipment was with the UK Islands Carrier which shows a delivery timescale of 4 - 7 Working Days. Tracking numbers are shown against the order in your account area on our web site. From this you can see the progress of your parcel through the courier system. Your Parcel is showing an expected delivery date of today which is 6 working days from your order.

Hi Apologies if you have received this before you have received your order. On checking it seems that there has been a slight delay in delivery for your order which we shipped on 28th February due to the adverse weather conditions across the country from the 1st March. "Golf bag never arrived, when sun mountain were contacted they said it had been delivered and signed for. The time of delivery there was no one at home so no one in the house could have signed and I have no idea where the golf bag is. Sun mountain don't answer the phone and have stopped replying to our e-mails. Very annoyed as we have paid for a golf bag, not got one and getting no help from the company. Might have to contact police as someone is trying to forge our signature."

The winter wheels which I ordered fitted on ok but the wheel with the brake brake is not suitable, I have tried to contact you but not heard anything back, the problem is the brake disc and the summer wheel has 4 screw holes to secure the brake disc, the winter wheel only has 3 screw holes to secure the brake disc plate. This would be ok if the screw holes lined up however they don’t so They are not suitable to use in conjunction with the brake. It would benefit if the wheel came with a suitable disc or the wheels matched the summer wheels so I could secure the brake disc. I am currently away at work so am not able to contact you via phone but if you can communicate via this email to help me with this problem I would very much welcome this.
