This is my third Sun Mountain carry bag. I purchased the H2No Lite as soon as it launched. It is a great looking bag but I have experienced two major problems. Firstly, the surface of the 14-way dividers have worn away leaving a rough edge that has actually cut through my graphite-shafted woods, exposing the bare metal below. Secondly, the zips have broken (I notice in the 2023 model you have changed the shape of the pockets so you obviously identified a problem). I now need a new bag and I am in two minds if to ever purchase Sun Mountain again.

Product distribution via DHL not good. Poor communication poor systems and did not do as promised. Would not buy from a retailer that used DHL in the future.

Sir, With respect we have shipped your order to the address as provided by you when you placed the order. The fact that this is an incorrect address is your error, not ours. We have already had a conversation and advised you that we will do everything possible to redirect the package to the correct address. However from the review you have written even this does not seem to be enough for you!

In my opinion it is normal practice for some paperwork to accompany the goods.

Hi I am sorry you feel this way, but have developed our systems and processes to be as paper free as possible. Our system stores all paperwork relating to orders electronically in your account area, where you can log in and print anything needed. This way we try and reduce all unnecessary printing and paper usage which is better for the environment.
The after service for the four wheel golf trolley ( we have 4 ) is not good !!. The top plastic latch is flimsy and breaks easily and is now no longer available. The lower latch is also easily broken even with careful use. We ordered three new yellow ones and I was not told they were out of stock. Two weeks later I tried again and discovered that only pink were available so then I had to reorder and had great difficulty cancelling the original order on the web site. I eventually spoke to a customer service guy who was very pleasant but suggested that we were not careful enough when putting the trolley up--- not so !!. I like the four wheel trolley which acts as a walking aid especially after post op hip replacements. Please keep the spares available as I do not need to replace the trolley even after 8 years. The pink lower assembly has now been replaced on two trolleys which was quite difficult but they now work perfectly. With regards Pauline Bown

The cable that was provided was not the same that I had already on my speed cart, it didn't fit as it couldn't be secured at one end so was absolutely useless, waste of my money.

I placed my order and money was taken from my account on 1st April, However it took 9 days just to post my parts out ( I wanted these parts so i could use my trolley on the 8th!) When the item arrived the plastic sheath that surrounds the brake cable has got a section that has worn away and the cable can be seen .

Total lack of information regards delivery other than shipped. No date given when it will arrive, or by which courier and no time slot. This is unacceptable given the tracking service offers by a lot of couriers.

When we ship the order we also provide the email address you have given so that our carriers can send you an email with the estimated delivery slot for your order. If you did not receive this email we can only apologise for this and we will investigate why with our carriers.
Told by Sun Mountain carry bag on Myhermes delivery van monday early am, it was not delivered. I live approx 2 miles from depot. Spoke to salesman at SM who said he wd investigate problem and let me know outcome, he didn't. Tried phoning Myhermes as advised but put on hold at a cost until I gave up. Today (wed) goods delivered, badly damaged box, not opened parcel yet, it's a gift. May return goods to SM if not satisfactory condition. A poor service.

Unfortunately it seems that the carriers have experienced some issues getting the delivery to you. We will take the delivery issues up with the courier service as it seems that they did not do a very satisfactory job on our behalf this time. An email was sent to you from us yesterday morning advising that the couriers had now confirmed that delivery would be made today (11/04/18). Had to buy whole brake assembly when I only needed the cable

The item I received (wheel) had some cracks in the rim. I wrote 2 emails to Sales and Customer Service 7 days ago and Zero feedback so far. It does not seem that they care a lot about customer service. Disappointed

Ordered a replacement mechanism for the buggy which arrived, which was great, thank you. In the same order, the trolley bag did not arrive, apparently out of stock although payment was taken and available at time of order !?!

Second set of hedgehog wheels that I've ordered as one of them broke at the hub. Like the first set the brake disc doesn't fit properly

I ordered the spare parts in July, I emailed and called in August with no response. Further calls in September without reply. Finally got the part end of September. Very poor communication and expensive postage costs for something the size of the umbrella holder.
