It is unfortunate that mistakes do happen from time to time. A secondary order was placed for your Free umbrella as soon as we were informed that one had not been received.

“Recently purchased a Waterproof Golf Bag direct from Sun Mountain at a price lower than other retailers were quoting and in addition the deal included a free Umbrella valued @ £29. Products arrived extremely well packaged and on schedule. The transaction was entirely trouble free and dealt with very professionally by Sun Mountain. From my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anybody who wants good service from a well known supplier of quality products.”

Hi Unfortunately our warehouse did only ship 1 umbrella holder when you ordered 2. The second was shipped immediately you made us aware of the shortage. Many thanks

“A good online service. Product arrived in good condition and on time. Our house is not easy to find. One nuisance. The rain hood does not fit and had to be returned. I would always prefer to assess the product and buy it from a store. Imperatives of time were against me. We now have 4 Sun Mountain bags as a family. I think they remain the best on the market.”
