“I haven’t had the chance to use the bag yet as it’s carry only at my golf course but looks like a great bag with plenty of space. Light weight. One of the reasons I bought a Sun mountain bag over any other is the material on the dividers. Looks sturdy and long lasting. Looking forward to years of use.”

“The ‘Elite’ waterproof cart bag met my requirements for replacement. I ordered the item on the Friday afternoon & was amazed to receive a delivery the following day! The cart bag is very lightweight, well made & provides numerous storage compartments. When fitted onto my trolley it is very well balanced & the clubs are easily removed & relocated when finished with. Generally, the whole process from ordering to receiving the goods has exceeded my expectations, in fact, excellent service.”

“I found ordering ,recieving very straightforward but because I made a mistake by ordering the wrong product trying to return,or receive a reply to my calls ,or e mails hasn't been easy. Trying to receive a returns form is impossible for me to seemingly achieve and no advice leaves me completly in the air. I now feel valueless when everything whilst ordering was good.”

“I bought a Sun Mountain H2NO Staff Cart Bag and it developed 2 tears which meant that it was no longer waterproof. Whilst I appreciate that this happened outside the warranty period I feel that as a premium bag I would expect it to be longer lasting RSMG were very poor responding to my complaint and I did not receive any compensation apart from a discounted rate for a replacement bag. I would not contemplate buying a similar bag having experienced such poor performance with my first one.”

“Clive there was brilliant in ringing me straight back after placing the order to check on the size as I'd missed the notification that the sizes were USA ones so had ordered too big. He corrected the order and I received the right size for me. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.”

“Have no other option than rate as very poor, my order was never received. This is perhaps a little harsh on RSMG as the fault is with the courier, EVRI, who were unable to deliver to a golf club address with a correct postcode that other couriers have no problem delivering to on a daily basis. The communication from RSMG is not great and I am unsure if this delivery is being resent or if I'm getting refunded.”
