“I wanted a H2NO in black. Sun Mountain did not offer this bag in black in the U.K. However, Clive was able to secure a black bag, to the same spec. but with no Logos on. I was very happy with the service and Clive's helpful attitude. The bag arrived in a few days and was in perfect condition. I have purchased a number of Sun Mountain bags over 25 years, which I think speaks for itself. I have no hesitation in recommending RSMG.”

Hi Yes unfortunately a mistake was made, we have already agreed to the return and to ship the correct product to you even though you are no longer in the UK. We are really not sure what else we could have done!

The parts you have purchased are pictured accurately on the website, if this is not as they are on your trolley then of course they will not fit correctly. There are 2 different umbrella holder mounts for the PX4 trolleys.
