“Second set of hedgehog wheels that I've ordered as one of them broke at the hub. Like the first set the brake disc doesn't fit properly”

“The delivery was very quick, the spares parts fitted easily and the brake system is working well again. However, this is the third break cable or lever that I have had to replace within three years and I do feel there is a design issue with this part of the trolley”

“The perfect lightweight bag - good full length dividers, more than adequate pockets and the most comfortable straps I've ever had - bear in mind I've been carrying golf bags since the age of 5 - almost 50 years. Shocking service from Ukmail who just threw the bag over our fence rather than delivering it and waiting for a signature”

“The delivery was timely and help available. However the upper latch assembly that I purchased was effectively useless. The original part was riveted to the frame of the micro cart and could not be replaced. I was able after help from yourselves to disassemble the part and use the one part of it that was needed. Why Sun Mountain send out a part that cannot be replaced and not just send the small item that was actually needed I do not know.”

Hi Since your order for your trolley you have sent 1 email saying that your order for winter wheels was a mistake as you wanted these for the Speedcart GT, could we cancel the order. The order was cancelled and refunded immediately and emails were sent to you to this effect. Can you please check your spam box if you did not get them.

Hi When you ordered this on 26th December it was clearly showing as 'Back Order' with an availability date given of the 25th January. We have managed to ship the order to you earlier than this date on the 16th January using express delivery which you paid for.
