“Very helpful with super fast service. My microcart had an issue, but 1 phone call and an email was all that was needed to get my trolley back into fully working order. Thanks”

“Trolley is excellent. Well designed and seems sturdy. Was disappointed in a bit of the customer service though. When I had placed my order I had put in a comment to leave the parcel at the tyre place if I'm not in (basically next door). Like a lot of people, I work 9-5, so likely wouldn't be in. I had paid extra for next day delivery. On the day, I got a message giving a courier delivery time...not going to be in then so they should follow instructions. That did not happen. Missed call from courier, called back and explained my delivery request and he said that he would try and redeliver. Emailed sun mountain customer service regarding delivery instructions/redelivery and got this reply: Hi I am sorry but we have no direct control over the delivery drivers, any instructions given are passed on but we can do no more than this. It is at a drivers discretion to leave goods elsewhere or not. They provide a good estimation of their expected delivery times on the tracking which we sent you a copy of this morning. The above may be true, but its pathetic customer service. Thankfully, the courier did redeliver after I called him back. Not sure if I would recommend sun mountain to my friends, if thats the level of customer service.”

“Had a few other manufacturers bags for my trolley but we're all so heavy. This bag is quite the opposite and being waterproof is just a great bonus. Sun Mountain are at the top with innovative products for all the golfers out there. Very pleased with the bag and would not hesitate in recommending it”
