“Very easily ordered online, with a prompt acknowledgement. I expected delivery in 2-4 days, but it arrived in less than 48 hours, and I was kept informed of progress - very impressed with the service. I haven't taken the bag out on course yet, but first impressions are excellent. Plenty of pocket room, very light, and nicely balanced to carry when I took it to the range. Easy to put clubs in and out without them getting tangled. It really appears to be just what I was after....”

“RMSG Have been very helpful and could not have done more to help me ,unfortunately the delivery service UK Mail failed to deliver the golf bag. I did pay for next day delivery but despite picking up the bag from you on the 19/12/2014 they have failed to deliver it .I wish to make it clear that RMSG have done a good job. But it is impossible for me to speak about the product as I haven't received it yet . I have therefore put a rating on the service I have received from RMSG”

“I bought the h2no ultra lite carry bag as a Christmas gift for my golf mad other half, it's a great bag and he is very pleased with it but I was a little disappointed as I didn't receive the umbrella with it, which I was told was a promotion that is on at the moment. Great service, very quick shipment, however UKmail are the worst couriers going, had nothing but problems with them this year, loosing parcels etc so I was very surprised to receive this golf bag as soon as I did, though the box was damaged and had clearly not been handled with care! Thank you.”

Thanks for your nice review, Can you please advise where you saw an Umbrella promotion ? As we have not run any promotions like this on the new 2015 range bags. The promotion we ran a few months ago was on the older 2014 range.

“Nice bag, loads of space. The cart set up a little fiddley for the uk market as the bag will be used mainly on trolleys. Would be a good idea to forget one of the towel rings and put a small ring at the top of the bag so when the bag is on a trolley the standard towel will not drag into the wheels and get muddy. But overall a good bag”
