“Ordered on 2 April for a large project which ran for ten days and was successfully completed on 23 April, I now receive email advice that these parts will arrive soon (i.e. after 7 May). Fortunately, the need for these components was overridden by design changes and alternate sources - to the point where I had forgotten that I had ordered them - AND over 2 weeks before the start date of the project. They have yet to arrive.”

“Paid for next day delivery. Should have arrived on 20th April at 10.30 am. Our Engineer was waiting to pick up equipment as had to get to site for 1pm. Tracking is saying it will be delivered today (21st April) between hours of 4.30 & 530pm. Lost 1.5 days work on site”

“Ordered a soil corner socket at 11.39 yesterday, I had a tracking number at at 11.40 and it was delivered today at 9.30. Not bad 3 days before Xmas. Price-wise it was the best I could find online. Fantastic service. I’ll be back for more.”

“Placed an order with Stuart after being let down by another supplier who I am now chasing for a refund after waiting 6 weeks for delivery! I Ordered the item on Friday, delivered the next day on a standard delivery, nothing more to be said really! Should have gone to Stuart Plumbing in the first place, lesson learnt”
