“The ordering process was easy, the price was ok, but we needed the item promptly so ordered the before 10.30 am next day service. Unfortunately not only did it not arrive before 10.30 it failed to appear at all that day. In fact the email asking for a review arrived before the product. I have given three stars because the late arrival was mainly because of the courier you chose and that we had no reply to the email we sent whilst or plumber was twiddling his thumbs waiting for the item .”

“I have given a five star review because the service and delivery was good even though it was between Christmas and New year. The negative thing is that the programer I recieved was not the one shown on the web site pictures is was the exact one I have already installed and the one I really wanted . The model I recieved, I suspect is a newer model which is clearly shown on competitors web pages.”

“Advertise 1-2 day delivery after 3 days I started sending emails off to ask where it was, no reply! After about 6 emails and filling out the contact form I sent an email threatening Trading Standards, I then got a reply stating there was a stick issue causing the delay. It eventually took nearly a week for delivery. Should of replied to my first email explaining the stock issue and offer a refund. Not impressed and wouldn't buy from them again.”

“Awre of shortage of white Manrose Channel we ordered 2 from you as you were adverising as white. We received 1 in grey which I could have bought lovally and a note that you were awaiting stock and would send the second later. TRied emailing to say not to send the second but make a refund. Email to 3 different addresses bounced back.”
