Awre of shortage of white Manrose Channel we ordered 2 from you as you were adverising as white. We received 1 in grey which I could have bought lovally and a note that you were awaiting stock and would send the second later. TRied emailing to say not to send the second but make a refund. Email to 3 different addresses bounced back.

Wrong item delivered, got in contact with customer support. No response. Followed up on the email. No response. I wanted to give benefit of doubt and just swap for the correct item, but by this point I just want a full refund - but there is no way to process refund? What a joke

sadly can’t write a review as parcel force failed to deliver the product, despite my waiting in all day for their tracked delivery. they didn’t even leave a card, they just didn’t bother to turn up. hopefully they will ‘try again’ on Monday so i can say something positive. Useless service from Parcel force, not you guys! sorry

The order arrived too late and we were unable to cover our customer needs - we paid extra for fast delivery and it took over a week to be delivered. Not recomended!

In my experience a company to avoid as Complaints and Returns Requests are ignored i ordered a Monment Immersion Heater Spanner which was delivered promptly but proved useless for its purpose as it is oversized and slips around the hexagon head of a standartd immersion heater element, Stuart Plumbing have ignored both my notification of this issue and my request to return the spanner

I have paid for fast delivery but they did not. I had to collect it but it was to late because I missed the appointment with my plumber. They did not refund the payment which I paid for fast delivery even they promised me. After all I have tried to return the product and emailed to the company and they respnded me after 13 days to ask do I still wish to return it. I have sent again an email to say I still want to return it after that they did not any respond even I have sent another email. I tried to call them but its imposibble to reach them. They do not care aboutb anything after they sell a product. its worst experience

Placing the order and receiving the item was very easy and speedy. Delivery arrived within 24 hours. Pity the ZRU that arrived was not the item shown on the website.

I ORDERED THIS IN EARLY SEPTEMBER, THEY SENT A MESSAGE ASKING IF I STILL WANTED THIS AFTER A MONTH. I SAID NO AND THEY ARE STILL GOING AHEAD AND TRYING TO DELIVER THIS. COMPLETLY LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY AND ASK FOR FULL REFUND

Ordered on 2 April for a large project which ran for ten days and was successfully completed on 23 April, I now receive email advice that these parts will arrive soon (i.e. after 7 May). Fortunately, the need for these components was overridden by design changes and alternate sources - to the point where I had forgotten that I had ordered them - AND over 2 weeks before the start date of the project. They have yet to arrive.

Paid for next day delivery. Should have arrived on 20th April at 10.30 am. Our Engineer was waiting to pick up equipment as had to get to site for 1pm. Tracking is saying it will be delivered today (21st April) between hours of 4.30 & 530pm. Lost 1.5 days work on site

Really poor, being a gas engineer and sometimes need next day delivery which I paid for but didn’t realise that is pass the time for delivery , although it was dearer than the Saturday delivery being posted on a Thursday I find it arrives Monday , then no contact numbers , where’s the returns form never again

Ordered online, got confirmation of order being received to be received before 10.30 next day, then didn’t hear from them until I chased the order when it hadn’t arrived, only to be told they couldn’t find the part in stock so simply hadn’t sent it out! Persuaded them to have another look and send urgently. When it finally received the part it was an OEM version (worth about half the price and possibly not compatible) and not the branded item I’d ordered as photographed on the website.

Shocking service. Paid for before 10am delivery and it was late. Ordered Tuesday at 8pm expected Thursday 10am. Arrived Friday

Order two items back in December last year and still not delivered it now been over six months then i got a email saying its on its way two week later still no parcel
