“Order two items back in December last year and still not delivered it now been over six months then i got a email saying its on its way two week later still no parcel”

“You may have a reliable ordering process, you might not. As you might guess I have not. Several emails ignored to a web helpline which doesnt work, Followed by a phone call to the hinckly branch where a refund for unavailable parts was promised but never materialised, and a final email fairly strongly worded which resulted in about half the order being dumped at my address. When seeing if fittings were available to buy instore I was told a single fitting would be in the realm of 20 pounds, when the website and ebay service offer it for 4.50 .... It does make it very difficult to take the service offered with any credibility. They may be able to function, they may not - I would advise you to buy at the counter or not risk your reputation.”

“I had an ex-display or otherwise used product instead of the advertised new. Delivery took more than a week despite paying for "1-2 day delivery Parcelforce". Customer services didn't reply neither to my emails neither to my phone calls. Eventually the order disappeared from my account, I was about to file a chargeback on my credit card 2 weeks after placing the order when the order was delivered. Customer service replied eventually that my order was delivered, but they didn't comment on sending used instead of new.”
