“Speedy delivery. Item arrived next day after ordering. The part did not fix the leak but I feel it’s an issue with the part not sealing at the base. Stuart plumbing gave a great service.”

“Received an email to say item was dispatched and received tracking number. Item wasn't dispatched as item is no longer in stock. slow correspondence from the company and poor communication.”

“Normally call into Bedworth branch use online to check stock. As no stock at Bedworth ordered click and collect expecting it to come next day from Nuneaton where there was stock but was informed by Bedworth takes 3 to 7 days and they would phone me. Nophone call after a week called in and part was waiting staff said they had tried calling several times and got no answer but I had no missed call. Next time I require anything not in stock at Bedworth I will jump on a bus to Nuneaton This is not the usual standard of service I get! from Stuart plumbing.”

“Sadly I am STILL waiting for the items to arrive and at nearly 2 weeks I have to say it's a bit of a joke. I wont be using this website again and I cant review the actual product as I have not recieved it, it was ordered on 11th may!”

“Ordered 3 things on click and collect, as I live 10 minutes away from the store. When I checked out it said it would come by Parcelforce and was charged delivery. After 3 days I haven't had anything and i'm still waiting.”
