“It was great to be able to order at midnight and collect at 7.45 before the Plummer arrived at 8. I could see which stores held stock of the item I wanted, too, so no ‘gamble’. The staff were friendly and super helpful.”

“Just replaced a Monsoonn pump Stuart Turner Monsoon Standard Twin S 3.0 Bar Shower Pump 46416 as our current one, (same 46416 code but Twin 2.5 Bar), gave up the ghost after 14 years' service. Quick turnaround and installed within 2 working days. Happy chappy and even happier spouse!”

“Ordered on 2 April for a large project which ran for ten days and was successfully completed on 23 April, I now receive email advice that these parts will arrive soon (i.e. after 7 May). Fortunately, the need for these components was overridden by design changes and alternate sources - to the point where I had forgotten that I had ordered them - AND over 2 weeks before the start date of the project. They have yet to arrive.”

“Paid for next day delivery. Should have arrived on 20th April at 10.30 am. Our Engineer was waiting to pick up equipment as had to get to site for 1pm. Tracking is saying it will be delivered today (21st April) between hours of 4.30 & 530pm. Lost 1.5 days work on site”
