“Good service ... pump arrived within the promised 2 days. Maybe communication could be better as email was not answered and there was no automated email/text saying product was out for delivery.”

“Staff helpful ordering pretty straightforward except for notifications got notifications after about a week after picking up the items this seems to be a hiccup with the department who deals with this,going on other reviews it seems the seem”

“4 out of 5 as the photo shows 2 lengths and pipe collars, which is misleading as I ordered 3 lots but had to go back and order separate pipe collars and three more lengths so photo is incorrect as you are ordering 1 x 1000mm length not clear at all! However the product quality is great and the service is excellent”

“Good value, and the click and collect system saves time. My item had traces of brass swarf inside though, so it had to be washed out first. Also, once on site, I tried blowing through this valve, in direction of arrow, and it would NOT open, until I gave it careful encouragement with a philips screwdriver tip, then I could blow through it and repeatedly open the valve. This item has fixed an annoying 'back-feed' problem on a customers mixer shower, whereby I installed this item on hot feed pipe. Sorted !”
