“Cancelled my policy online in good time, only to see that the next years payment was subsequently taken, and an email sent saying it was auto renewed! When I called to cancel again, it was made extremely difficult for me to do so!”

In order to discuss details of a policy, our Customer Services Team are required to go through a process of security checks, to ensure the protection of our customers data.
