“Not yet had to use startrescue yet and been a member for quite a few years, they have always been available to us and each year they only increase cost at what seems a fair increase.”

“I have used start rescue on one occasion and found the service extremely good from the alert process on the app to the actual breakdown service. My car just wouldn't start and I alerted Start Rescue, within an hour I had a technician on my drive who duly got my car started. This allowed me to drive to Halfords to get a new battery. Overall I was very satisfied.”

“I purchase this annual policy on behalf of an elderly friend with no online access, she has been very satisfied with it and I find the policy very easy to manage on her behalf, allowing me to download and print paperwork for her”

“On the one occasion I needed rescuing (some years ago) I was pleased with their service - they arrived speedily, re-assured me & fixed the problem well enough for me to continue my journey. Since then I have remained with them because I trust them, the cost seems good value & (very importantly!) they don't bombard me with constant emails about their services, etc., they're just quietly there if I want them, which is what I require.”

“Had to use my cover for the first time yesterday due to a popped tyre. Thanks so much to Rhian (I think) who sorted my questions over the phone and organised the pick-up and to Tom's Motors for towing the car home. Made a stressful situation much easier - thank you very much.”

“I have only once had to call Start rescue since I joined, and it was not long after my joining. They were very efficient in calling me back and then sending someone to my aid during the evening rush hour . They solved the problem and as my car was drivable, followed me to my phone a couple of miles away to make sure everything was ok . U am now in my 4th year with them .”
