“Everything to do with the administration was handled very well and the on line area of the business is good unfortunately I can't give 5 as I've not yet experienced the brakedown recovery size.but 👍”

“Mixed results. I used the service twice over several years. The 1st time they didn't respond to my wife as they said she wasn't covered. I had to drive 20 miles to sort out the car and when I spoke to them later, they agreed she was indeed covered and it was human error. The 2nd time I called them years later, the service was excellent - mechanic arrived within the hour and got the car started. He correctly diagnosed the battery fault and recommended the best local dealer to buy a new battery.”

“I joined Start a couple of days ago joining online. It was very easy to do and all the information was there for which package was required . I obviously can't comment on the breakdown service (which I hope I dont need) but at first glance Start seems to be a very professional company.”

“Start Rescue has responded quickly to both general queries and breakdown requests. When I broke down and had no internet signal, my breakdown was still responded to. The service was efficient and I was kept informed of what was happening. Excellent throughout. Thank you.”

“All good except-- Emailed startrescue with enquiry as to whether I was eligible for help on a dead battery situation, giving address of bike. Was called back to say yes I was and passed on to rescue who took details etc and came back saying no I wasn't eligible. What a waste of everybody's time.”

However, to ensure you were accurately advised, you were transferred through to our breakdown team for them to obtain full details and on this occasion it was determined that the level of cover you have purchased does not include assistance at or within 0.25 miles from your registered address.
