“Had to use Start when my van broke down in January. excellent prompt and polite service from the call operator through to the recovery driver. Very impressed with the whole operation which is why I have just renewed cover for our car and van again.”

“Use your services when my battery just died, called you, you arrange someone, they arrived at the time you stated jump started my car said it was the battery. Next day I had a new battery fitted. Thank you for a excellent service.”

“Odrered via Confused.com, simple easy and cheaper that the AA, RAC and Green Flag. We will have to wait and see what happens if I need to call them out for a breakdown which I am not anticipating in the near future, I just want some breakdown cover just in case and for peice of mind.”

“Since joining Start Rescue some eight years ago, I have had the need to call them out on a few occasions. The most frightening for me was when my Mini tyre caught fire on the M5 - people were flashing me and pointing to the front of the car. I pulled over, and sure enough, smoke was pouring out of the front tyre. I called you guys using the app, and within a very quick time, you were there to rescue me and the car! On other occasions, your technicians and telephone staff have been extremely courteous and professional at all times. I highly recommend you!”
