“We have remained a loyal Customer of Start Rescue because they recognise drivers may be Deaf or Hard of Hearing and we appreciate being able to contact Start Rescue easily when we breakdown. No other breakdown covers recognises this disability as a barrier to communicating with the breakdown services so this was a very important factor in our decision to renew with Start Rescue. And that their prices are fantastic compared with others. Please keep providing such great service and good value for money.”

“I have been with Start Rescue for a number of years and I think I have only had to call out a couple of times. I remember the call outs were very quickly dealt with from arrival to repair and I am very happy with the service. Renewal process very easy too. Thank you.”

“The online process to call someone out was a very easy one to navigate and the recovery man was extremely polite and helpful and resolved the issue I had with the car battery within minutes. I would definitely recommend Start Rescue to anyone.”

“I've been with start rescue for a while. But what I've noticed is year on year, they increased their price. I've got no breakdown claims. I've checked the price comparison websites, I've seen what was offered to me for my policy is more expensive than the websites, like for like and word for word comparison. Ridiculous. This may be my last year if it's still the same approach next year. That's not how you treat loyalty. This is not a recommendation but a warning to future customers.”
