“I have been with Start Rescue for many years and had to call them out twice. Both times they were quick to send someone out. The issues were resolved at the roadside. I have just changed my car and took the opportunity to look at other companies. Start Rescue was competitively priced although not the cheapest. I decided to stay with Start Rescue as I have had a positive experience with call outs.”

“Having been with this company ( and thankfully not having to use there breakdown service in that time ) I can say they are competitively priced and they constantly give to updates and advice throughout the year. So as of this time I can only highly recommend them.”

“I have been a StartRescue customer for a number of years without many claims. When I have had to it has always been handled very well, apart from sometimes having to wait more than an hour for the rescue vehicle. The cost of the policy is quite high compared with what I could obtain elsewhere but in the end I renewed because of a good experience in the past. There is a loyalty reduction but in my opinion not enough, as virtually the same as if I was a brand new customer! Does my minimal claim history count for very little? I think so. So StartRescue I have found you good but you could do better in this respect.”

“Had to call twice once a large van then family car. Both recovered, car was really quick van a bit longer but it was a rural location and a large 3.5 ton van”

“Easy to buy online and REALLY competitive prices (my renewal this year went down!) Also easy to get hold of on phone when I had a general enquiry. Documents are clear and easy to understand. Luckily I haven't required their breakdown service yet.”
