“I have been with Start Rescue for several years now and always get my renewal details around a month before it’s due, I like this as it gives you chance to compare your options, although the price is always good and I don’t see me switching to another breakdown company, the app is easy to use and if I need help with anything the customer care team are always helpful, I’ve never had cause to use the call-out facility and hope I never do, but it’s reassuring to know that I will be rescued.”

“I've been very happy with Start Rescue since joining them a few years ago. They are easy to contact via the app and setting up the policy is straightforward. On the two occasions, that we have called them out, they have been very helpful. The app is easy to use and I didn't have to wait too long for someone to be with me on either occasion. I'm very happy with my membership”

“Outstanding service if you don't need them, and Outstanding service if you do! Assisted me from start to finish in rescuing my car that was bogged down in a field. SR liaised with a local specialist recovery firm and got me roadside. Excellent!”

“Sign-up process was slick and efficient, and price was good (via Money supermarket) but the real test of this sort of service is how the company performs when you need them. It's too early to comment on that yet.”

“I have been a member of Start rescue a few years now.Fortunately I have only needed assistance once to rescue my Astra after gearbox failure.I cannot praise them highly enough for the service I received in picking up my vehicle and transporting it to a place of repair.”
