“I have been with Start Rescue for a number of years and I think I have only had to call out a couple of times. I remember the call outs were very quickly dealt with from arrival to repair and I am very happy with the service. Renewal process very easy too. Thank you.”

“The online process to call someone out was a very easy one to navigate and the recovery man was extremely polite and helpful and resolved the issue I had with the car battery within minutes. I would definitely recommend Start Rescue to anyone.”

“I've been with start rescue for a while. But what I've noticed is year on year, they increased their price. I've got no breakdown claims. I've checked the price comparison websites, I've seen what was offered to me for my policy is more expensive than the websites, like for like and word for word comparison. Ridiculous. This may be my last year if it's still the same approach next year. That's not how you treat loyalty. This is not a recommendation but a warning to future customers.”

“I have not needed to use Start Rescue even though I have been with them for three years. I chose them due to the Which? review which rated them highly apart from wait times. I have recently been advised that the front brake discs and pads on my car need replacing by my garage. I was unsure of what choices were available especially for brake pads. A search on google hit on information available on the Start Rescue site which I did not expect. I found it very useful and informative and will use it when selecting which brake pads to buy.”

“We took out our first policy with Start Rescue a year ago, fortunatley we have not had to use there services yet but cannot fault the company at all , the whole process and policy cover and price are excellent, so much so we have just renewed with them again.”

“I've now been with start rescue for a good many years. Fortunately I've only Had to be rescued once I found them to be professional and quick to respond To my problem. Also the price is very competitive. I'll definitely be renewing again next year.”
