“I contacted start rescue the other day, I found that the operator to be very understanding because I am one of the deaf community, the operator spoke very slowly so I could understand what was happening, also very helpful ,and knowledgeable.”

“Competitive price, Comprehensive cover are the two main items. I haven't had any cause to call out Start Rescue on a breakdown but feel sure they will carry out the work successfully. I have been with Start Rescue for some time now. They keep me uptodate with their newsletter.”

“My car broke down 125 miles from home, After an initial phone call when the fault was assessed Start rescue arrived within 40 minutes and loaded my car onto the breakdown truck and off we went. There was a change of breakdown truck half way, and then back to my home. Very efficient and courteous service from start to finish.”

“Had this breakdown cover and touch wood* never had to use it, but was happy knowing I had it just in case. Had to use it for the first time a little while ago. They were brilliant! Easy to contact. Organised online. Got a call to say breakdown person wouldnt be long. All in all all sorted was back on the road within an hour of calling, registering my breakdown to guy coming out to being fixed. Then a courtesy follow up call after to make sure I was happy with everything! 5 star service and the best price out there. I highly recommend this company ☺️”

“Very satisfied with the pricing, small annual increases and good cover for the money. Excellent customer service, and they check if the breakdown service has arrived. The local firms who have attended the call outs have kept to the visit timeframe and resolved the problem. Have stayed with them for a few years now.”

“My wife needed a callout for a puncture when she was alone on the A303. The team rang back every 15 minutes to check she was ok and the engineer who arrived was excellent. First class service.”
